So glad to have a replacement. The guys I worked with were all friendly and great and made sure I was getting what I wanted and that it worked when they delivered it. I am very happy.

The unit has been in place for a month or so and is doing an excellent job.

As a senior citizen uprights are way better than a chest which is going to my son! Prices are going up as the cause for the ding in value. Should had bought sooner.

They unpacked it, placed it where I wanted it and took away all the packing materials. The freezer is working great and I am happy with it.

Received with a dent on the back bottom side and front door, but Best Buy quickly delivered another one. The delivery guys handled the freezer with care during the delivery and set up. Great job!

I was going to get it from Lowes but their delivery wasn't until the end of March. I found it on Best Buy with delivery in two days and the price was lower. I have a Frigidaire refrigerator that is still working since 2014 and I figured the freezer would be the best and so far it is. Love the idea that should the power go off, the food would stay frozen for two days. It is also plugged into a surge protector.
