Works great and very spacious for a garage freezer !

Bought this to replace our Frigidaire chest freezer which still works but now to difficult for us to manage. This upright is perfect for older folks, no bending, easy access and frost free. It’s great!

The freezer holds all we need to freeze. Also its depth makes it easy to store and to get items without digging through half the freezer.

At first I had a problem with it not sealing properly. Frigidaire sent someone out to fix it and it was just a minor adjustment and it works perfectly. It holds a lot more than I thought it would. I love it!

We have had the frig for about 3 weeks. It is taller but thinner than my old frig and finding freezer baskets that fit was a little time consuming but it holds a lot more food then I expected. I love the outside light which ensures the freezer is working without opening the door.

Needed a new freezer this is just the right size not to big not to small. Plus I got it on sale and used my Best Best Buy Charge card for 18 months interest free.

Love the freezer which has been in my garage since September 2022. It provides adequate space and shelving units. The unit runs a bit warm and helps warm the garage!

This is our second freezer (exact same product as the first) The first one "died" after 2years and 12 days. That was very disappointing since the warranty expired after 2 years. We purchased an extended warranty for the freezer we just purchased incase it happens again.

Store, and delivery experiences were flawless. Thus far, operation has been completely satisfactory.

Perfect size for our refrigerator/freezer overflow. Upright instead of a chest freezer is sooo much more convenient fir accessing items quickly without digging around. Best price too.

We were excited to take delivery of our new Frost Free Upright Freezer as we had waited a long time to find just the right freezer for our needs. I ordered the freezer easily on the Best Buy site and set up delivery. I could easily tract the delivery status and Best Buy keep me updated with text though to delivery day. As promised, the Best Buy truck pulled up between the hours of expected delivery. There were two young men who unloaded the freezer and unpacked it at the top of our driveway. With Covid-19 issues and expecting the drivers to at least wear masks, this was not case. They came into my garage, unmasked, without gloves and did not keep the proper distance from me as they were asking where the freezer was to be placed. The did not offer to plug the freezer into the outlet that was slightly behind another appliance. They did wait to see if the until light came on the freezer after I struggled to move the other appliance slightly to plug in the new freezer. All and all a good experience with Best Buy and the freezer is working great. The delivery experience could have been so much better. Drivers and delivery people need to be wearing masks and keeping social distancing requirements. They can also be a little more helpful.
