Defective upon delivery and would not take it away

BB would not schedule the pick up for the return for two months. And would not deliver a new freezer and take away defective one on the same day therefore I could not order a new freezer as I had no space to keep two freezers. I was told to move it myself. It is supposed to be picked up tomorrow and then I receive my refund however there has been no communication regarding the pick up as I was supposed to have received via text and email and phone. I called to get a time frame and confirm delivery and I was told that IF it was not picked up to call back and reschedule.

Was the perfect size for our space. The only thing is that the door can be a bit tough to open, which is good for creating a nice seal to keep the cold in, but it takes two hands to open the door (otherwise the freezer starts sliding across the linoleum floor), and it is inconvenient when I'm carrying groceries to the freezer. Not a major thing. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

Posted .Hello, Lori! Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! It is normal to experience a vacuum like suction from your refrigerator door. When the door is opened, warm air rushes inside. When you close the door, all the warm air rushes to the evaporator which causes a vacuum. This will cause the door to be hard to open for about 10 to 15 seconds after closing. Hopefully, this helps. Not only that but it fit perfectly in my garage area, it was easy to set up and adjust the temperatures. Plus it has plenty of room for all of my frozen food & drinks. I could never be more happier with this amazing freezer. It was a great choice all around.
