    The freezer failed after 6 months. The warranty line "experiences unusual call volumes" most of the times I have called, and will hang up. They also refer me to an unworking number in Dallas (I live in DC; and I admit that is a very clever ploy). After several calls I waited 2 weeks for a technician, who diagnosed the problem (compressor) and then explained that he cannot service the freezer because he cannot work on units with that type of refrigerant. Haven't been able to reach Electrolux (ie., Frigidaire) again. It's a fine product when working, but the manufacturer's 12 month warranty is worthless.

    I bought this freezer in June 2022. The Compressor already went out and will cost more to repair than what I paid for it. What a disappointment it is. I will not be buying another Frigidaire product again.

    Smooth experience at the Outlet. They held on to the freezer for me to pick up 2 days later.. got price break for self pickup too! Check the outlet before you buy any appliance.

    This item is just a little over 30 days and it started blowing hot air. My food is unthawing. I'm real disappointed and Im not sure what best buy is going to do about it

    I like my freezer so far. The negative rating is for Beat buy customer service on the phone and in store. Outsourcing customer service will cost companies more in the long run. I have been a cardholder for over a decade. I will now close my account permanently.

    I was deceived by one of the workers at the commercial headquarters by changing the parameters of the refrigerator that he described to us online as wide, but it was the opposite.
