The lacking one star is its challenge with providing equal cooling top to bottom, as the bottom rack isn't hard frozen as rest of the freezer. In my case, this may be due in part to over stocking.

Failed within 1 week of delivery - do not buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within 1 week of delivery, on 17/sep/2020, this unit stopped working - complete failure of the main power board. We were out of town for a long weekend and lost over $300 in food. We spoke to Frigidaire and the replacement part is backordered until December 2020. So here we are, one month after purchase, with no working unit, unclear resolution of the issue, less $300 is spoiled food. We were really excited about having a separate freezer but this unit was a failure.

BB wanted $70 to reverse the door opening.

The call center agent was difficult to understand because of his English and you can hear other agents talking to customers. Additionally, background children's noise made it difficult to hear the agent.
