I'm giving it five stars because so far, we love it, and it REALLY beats our old chest freezer because you can actually see what you have in the freezer. A big perk is the wire drawer at the bottom for all the ground beef we buy in bulk. One thing I will say is that we would have preferred to have the door open from the other side. Best Buy's delivery guys refused to do it without charging when other places would have done it for free. It's whatever. It's not something I can't deal with. I just wish Best Buy would use better people for delivery and installation because I had a similar miserable experience with the ones who came to install all of my kitchen appliances that I also purchased through Best Buy.

It works very well since I bought it and have a lot of space to store food or meat.

This freezer is all that it says it can be. Even when the door was no closed all the way the alarm did go off. The light is wonderful inside also. Excellent freezer.

I love the upright freezer. You can see everything on each level and no need to take frozen food out to get to the bottom. No frost.

Great little freezer. Just the size I needed that fits into a smaller area and/or I could move it out the garage.

Best freezer purchase. Holds a lot and fits perfectly in our garage. I like that it has an external light feature that will also activate if a problem occurs. I’d highly recommend this product.

Product is a freezer, but as a freezer it has a very nice style, space, features and the seal is great, I definitely believe as advertised that it can keep things cold for up to 2 days if power went out, so I like it

I do a lot of bulk buying and cooking and needed additional freezer space. This is the perfect size for garage storage. So far it’s performing perfectly.

Exactly the freezer I need for my garage. Not too big, not too small and everything is easy to see and reach.

Works great. Holds a lot. We buy while cows each year and have hunters which fill our freezer. Love the upright for easy access instead of digging for what you are looking for.

The freezer delivers the cold needed to keep food frozen. It runs so quiet that a green light shines on the floor in front of the door so we know it is working. It is just the right size for our needs.

Better than expected. More than enough shelving and bins throughout the freezer. Perfect size easy to move if necessary. Very quiet.

We’ve only had this Frigidaire Upright Freezer for only about a month but we’ve had a Frigidaire refrigerator for many years the last one I bought 2016 was from Lowes it was a lemon but LowesRepair kept sending repair guys out, 2 ice makers + 2 guts of the refrigerator they finally gave us our money back to buy a new one. But that was the only one which caused us problems! Frigidaire Refrigerator we had since the 1990’s and it is still working like a purring kitten! I known it’s because there’s no ice making or water on the outside. It went from inside house to garage and still working like a clock!

I bought the freezer few weeks before the NYC lockdown. I was glad I did it! Now, I have ample space for my frozen goods and cooked foods. They are now easier to organize because of the shelves. It is Energy Star qualified and best of all, it is a self defrosting freezer.

We haven’t had this freezer long enough to address longevity, but after it was delivered we plugged it in and away we go. Freed up a lot of space in our fridge freezer. I woulda couple more shelves, but that’s just being picky. I’ll update later if there’s a need.

Our Frigidaire Freezer is working like a champ. We had to replace our over 20 year old freezer because replacement parts were no longer being made so it could not be repaired. This freezer come with a choice on the door opening to the Left or to the Right but we kept it the way it came as that is what we were use to opening our old freezer. Much smaller in size but more energy efficient. We have it in the garage in the same place as the old unit.

This freezer is very useful. The amount of space inside is perfect. I love the light inside so that I can easily see what we have stocked in the freezer. The space in the door I find is a perfect size.
