Bought freezer for garage and it was delivered on time and it works well.

Freezer had a scratch on front of door...came from factory that way....was told I would get a monitory refund for this damage......still waiting for refund! Otherwise a nice freezer.

Needed to expand our frozen storage. This does the trick. It is quiet, keeps temperature. No frost or freezer burn on food. Was on sale so that is a plus.

My money worth that I spend on this freezer. really a great product with huge space inside. the size of the freezer is just perfect. working really great..

The freezer replaced our old one. It's 10 inches deeper than our old one really crowding the space. We hear it come on and off continually, our old one was 30+ years old and still ran quietly. I don't think this one will make it 3.

This upright freezer replaced a chest model. Much easier to manage content since it is on shelves and can easily be seen. Formerly had to empty top content to get to items buried underneath. No more.

I like this freezer since it's frost free!! No mess and stores a lot. The only downside it that it makes a small noise. Overall great though, if you don't mind buzzing.

Great size for two people. We house it in our garage for easy access. We have noticed a little noise. Performance is satisfactory

I like this freezer, except that it needs an extra shelf, and a basket for the bottom! Otherwise it's good just for the 2 of us, unless I get more things out the garden that can be frozen!!

We put this new freezer in our garage, and we love it. It's a great, basic frost-free freezer, the perfect size, plenty of storage, works great.

We went from a 15 cu chest to the 13.8 upright and love it The upright freezer helps with the organization of product. No bending over into the freezer to retrieve bottom items. It is very efficient and meets our needs.

Good size for our purposes, nicely laid out and lighted, but runs almost constantly and is rather loud.

This freezer replaced one that was 30+ years old. We landed on this one because it was the largest capacity unit that would fit in the space available. When we first started it up, we noticed how much louder it was than the previous one. We hoped this was due to the need to cool down to the desired temperature, but it stayed somewhat louder even after reaching the desired temp. There were no claims made for exceptional energy efficiency for this model, or for any models that we considered in this unit's capacity and price range. So far there have been no issues with it, so that's good. I have no reasons to withhold a recommendation for this unit, but it is not a product that earned a glowing recommendation. More like "Yeah, it's okay."

This freezer has a lot of room and is handy to use (I used to have a chest freezer and this is much more convenient), but it seems to run all the time.

Freezer was delivered and set up in a small amount of time. Salesman john was an excellent help in helping me with my decision

We went everywhere to shop and compare prices. BestBuy had the best priced item and then they gave us free delivery even though we were about 20 miles away. Can't beat that.
