this freezer has a lot of room for my frozen food, the lights are bright , so it is easy for me to find what I'm looking for.

A freezer is a freezer, right? It's a big box and it gets (freezing) cold along with the 47 boxes of Costco Ice Cream Drumsticks we have in it. OK, so what's the surpise? When you shut the door on this freezer it immediately activates a feature whereby you can't open the door for about 10 seconds. It creates a "seal" so tight that you cannot open the door. Obviously, this is a cool feature (pun intended) because you don't want the cold air escaping if the door was loosely shut. After about 10 seconds, the GI Joe door grip-seal deactivates and you can open the freezer door with ease. Perhaps I'm late to the freezer party and all freezers have this feature and you're thinking "What planet is he from?" "Nanu nanu"

While we are pleased with the product and the people that installed it we are not happy with the big oil stains left from the trucks rear tire area. We sent pictures and emails to both Best Buy and the store but no response

good product; excellent delivery and setup. can't go wrong with best buy products. Any problems and they address immediately., but only had 1 problem 1 time and that was only because I couldn't see to properly program a VCR.

If you are looking for a freezer this one is worth the investment. It is cold and it seals itself when you close it.. It does not cause freezer burn and keeps all of your frozen good completely frozen.

This replaced our chest freezer. It’s so much easier to access. It’s quite large. I love that the seal is extra strong so it keeps things from getting warm and defrosting. I think that will help with freezer burn over time. Let’s just see if it lasts. Our trustee chest freezer cost about 100 bucks and it worked like a dream for 10 years. We would just lose things at the bottom of it and it was causing marital disunity. ;)

Freezer works great! Lighting inside is very bright. Just the right size for our needs. Great customer service and delivery.

Very spacious. vacuums air out as soon as closed. Slightly difficult to reopen, but easier than the chest freezer.

Ease of use. Separate shelfs for beef, chicken, pork, etc. Side door compartments for small items. However, would not reccomend for hunters, way to much meat.

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME IN ORDERING THIS FREEZER...FIRST ONE LASTED 13 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER..SITTING IN THE GARAGE IN THE ARIZONA HEAT...NEW ONE IS IF POSSIBLE MUCH IMPROVED ..BETTER DESIGNED SHELVING/BRIGHTER WHITE LITE/GASKETS AROUND DOOR SEAL LIKE A MAGNET...WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY.

Love this freezer, it doesn't frost and the door stays closed without locking. It's a great size and solidly made product.

I needed a freezer as we have a small refrigerator and this was suggested by the sales person. So far it has been excellent and now I can buy items on sale. The delivery by Best Buy was very professional.

I bought this one to replace the Kenmore that I had. When I moved I gave it to my son rather than pay for storage. It's ok but doesn't have as much storage as the Kenmore did. It serves it purpose though.

Good price and nice size. Holds a lot! A little noisy but not a deal breaker. !!!

I needed a freezer and it's the perfect size for my limited space. I love the idea that it's frost free too.

Overall very pleased with the freezer and the individuals that delivered it. Not pleased with the specifications online as they indicated freezer was 27.5 inches wide when it was actually 30.5 inches wide. This created significant problems with the 29 inch doorway it had to fit through. Delivery individuals were able to remove the door and still get it in. Kudos to the deliverers boo to the Best Buy website.

I had one just like this for about 10 years and sold it when we moved. It was a great freezer. After we moved I purchased another one, exact same model. I have put a thermometer inside to test how it holds temperature. It is spot on and consistent. Great product!!

Overall this was a bit of an impulse because it was on sale. I came in for a diferent feezer by this one had a top score from Consumer Reports and so far lives up to its name. The organization is good, the internal light really helps, and the seal has been great. I’ve not noticed cold air, it does run a little on the louder side but it freezes quickly and has a nice light on the bottom to let you know it’s working.

I purchased this freezer when mine went out. It's roomy and works great. Can't beat the great price, either

This freezer was just what we were looking for. Good size for an old couple and not to expensive. In fact $100 less than at a different supplier.
