The size is just righty for a freezer as it is in our back hallway laundry room. The delivery people removed the old freezer and made sure everything was in working order.

This Frigidaire is the comparable model to the one we had for ten years and died. So far so good, though it seems a little louder than the old one.

We had a small space for a new freezer, This one fit nicely in the space. Keeps everything very cold, lots of space inside.

The door seems to be a bit hard to open, you have tug a bit. I guess it’s good if you have younger kids. Other than that it’s a great freezer

We've only had this about a month now. The freezer has been working great. The only issue so far has been the delivery. We got a phone call 30 minutes before the end of the initial time window stating that the deliveries were way behind schedule and asked if they could reschedule in exchange for a $50 gift card. I agreed and they came during the next time window that they gave me. I'm still waiting for the $50 gift card.

This freezer has been better then my wildest dreams it’s quiet and works like a champ

This freezer was purchased as an additional freezer for our garage. So far it has been a wonderful product and I foresee us getting a lot of use out of it.

We bought it in anticipation of Ramadan to store food before the month of fasting begins. The size is good and does a good job in keeping food fresh.

Freezer delivered with defective handle. Installer said a new handle would be brought out in two weeks. A month has passed and we have no new handle and no response from Best Buy. Can you help or do you want this freezer back?

The upright freezer is a lot easier to find items than a chest type freezer. The upright freezer is well lighted too.

So far we are very happy with this freezer. Roomy and easy to organize our frozen foods. Upright freezer allows for easy access to items.

Lots of room and great lighting that definitely turns off when you close the door(I fit inside to see for myself). Adjustable shelving.

The Freezer is everything that is described to be. It is relatively quiet and maintains even temperature. No complaints.

Works well; door is very snug, often need to tug to get it to open. Keeps food nice and frozen. Wish the door had more variety, maybe some movable shelves.
