They never leveled it nor put handle on it. Didnt want to take old freezer even though I had paid for the service. Difficult to open because its not level.

It has enough space to meet our needs and allows my wife and I to store away enough beef that we purchase in bulk from a local butcher. The power indicator light on the front is very helpful!
