Very, very loud. Makes high pitched squeal. Doesn’t have everything as advertised.

I had a tech come out. Problem, after opening the door once, could not re-open it. Best Buy tech, my husband and myself could not pry it open. I returned freezer within the 15 day return policy. Frigidaire did respond on a review I did for them and said I needed to completely fill the frig and this would decrease the vacuum that was making it impossible to open.

Works well. My only issues are that it came without grommets and then they sent too few and it looks impossible to do yourself. Secondly, it moves when u open freezer. Is the seal too good or is the bottom too slippery?

I received a defective item for the first delivery. Temperature never fell down below 32F during at least a week of observation period. Requested for a replacement and it is now working fine.

Nothing to brag about. It’s a freezer that holds frozen food. This freezer is a bit on the small side but it’s intended purpose is there.

My freezer died right after thanksgiving so I needed something quickly but at a good price. we shopped around but as usual found the best deal at Best buy.

2-places on the specifications it showed the overall depth 27.5" (showed with handle) Actual depth was 30.5" without handle, and 32.75" including handle. we only had it plugged in one night and it woke us up several time during the night with several walls between us. It was way too deep for the location so we returned it.
