I retired my previous fridge for this one and it was such a good choice. This refrigerator holds just as much as my previous large one, yet it's compact and appropriate for my small kitchen. It's very quiet, keeps food cold and has plenty of room, doors close air tight and it's energy save. The price was perfect for someone not looking to spend a lot. It's great for any reason whether it's your main fridge or second fridge. Geek Squad was very professional with delivery, installation and haul away. No complaints.

We got this as a second refrigerator and freezer in our basement, as we are now trying to buy in bulk in the Pandemic Era. Perhaps b/c others were doing that, the price of this went up $50 in the week I was looking at it. I like that it's rated for energy efficiency, and it's very light to move around. The front of it looks nice. I would not recommend this as someone main refrigerator. As other reviews note, the sides are just grey-colored plastic, not the faux-stainless steel of the front. It's also rather small. Even as a second fridge for 2 adults, it's already packed. Some of the inside space is not quite as usuable owing to some design issues. I would definitely order from Best Buy again, and plan to always shop for appliances here. The process was seamless and professional.

I replaced two approximately 4.3 cu ft fridges with this Frigidaire and am delighted with the extra space and the quality of the new fridge. The space in this one is so much better sized to hold so much more. And the price was super reasonable. There was an issue upon receipt with a small but consequential dent in the bottom right edge of the door, but Best Buy is going to replace it once the part arrives at the store. The rounded doors allow bottles and jars of different diameters to be placed on the interior shelves on the inside of the door. Very clever design.

Perfect for a small space in the basement yet has tons of room inside. We were also happy that the doors could be changed to open at opposite sides

It's a great fridge for anyone who needs extra space for food or drinks. It has great quality and design. Would definitely recommend it.

I needed a small space fridge and it fit perfectly.

After a week of constant freezer compartment icicles and frost, I looked more closely and found a 1/8" (about 2mm) gap between the upper gasket and the case, allowing a clear view of the interior plastic shelf for abour 20" of its width and thus lots of air leakage. Best Buy said their team could not fix it because it was made by Frigidaire and I'd have to take it up with them. Since it was still within the exchange window, I have done that. This is a major manufacturer defect. Also one that I think could be easily fixed in my home, but because their policy does not allow this, it forces the much more expensive (to Best Buy) path of installing a different refrigerator in this second-floor kitchen. On the plus side, Best Buy customer support has been excellent and responsive in accepting responsibility and getting this done.

Was very professional nice teamwork on time friendly

This refrigerator is a piece of junk. Even though we set it at recommended settings it never cools the fridge part properly. This is our secondary fridge so we don't even stuff it. We always leave space in the back for circulation. But still it formed so much frost on the inside of the back panel fan stopped working and all the food in the bottom fridge has gone bad. We have to remove all good from the freezer every few months and defrost it for a day or 2 to defrost. It was supposed to defrost automatically. But it never worked. But we did not realize that until many months later when ice build up inside and we saw it after the repair technician opened the back panel.

This refrigerator was replacing one from the 1960s so of course it was quite a nice step up. The fridge isn't what I would call "full size" but it's certainly at least 3/4ths of what I would call full size. This could easily store everything 2-3 people need so perhaps not a full family but a great apartment option. Using the recommended temperature dial setting everything stays cold and doesn't run too long or too loud. The feature where the door helps shut itself is great, it makes it really obvious if you left the fridge open and when it's closed it assures you it's closed and not open a crack. The refrigerator has nice LED lights on the inside that illuminate the whole cabinet (the freezer is unlit). The shelves in both halves are very adjustable, certainly one configuration will fit your need, the deli drawer can even slide laterally to relocate itself. I do like the handle, it's different from having the handle on the front but I don't find it hard to open the top or bottom, though kids might not be able to reach the handles. The fridge we received had a dented side and didn't sit level, but Best Buy was willing to take some money off the purchase price since I didn't think it was worth a whole return so that's great on their part, gives me confidence buying appliances at BB. The dent is not the fault of the fridge itself so I'm not taking off a star, if your unit is undamaged I'm sure you'll like it. Despite the lean we had to fix, the fridge itself does great, if it comes back in stock I'd highly recommend.
