We’ve had this freezer for about a month now, and has been very pleased with its performance so far. The design of upright freezer provides easy access to all the shelves and better organize it’s contents. I also like the color in brushed steel, It looks modern and beautiful. It’s really perfect for our needs.

We’ve had our freezer for about a month. So far so good. Delivery was pretty straight forward. They just brought it into our garage. We had to unpack it ourselves. The freezer itself is large with good shelves. The door is nice because there is plenty of room to place full sized items on the door. The freezer is well lit. After you close the door, you can hear the seal close tight . And you have to wait about 10 seconds before you can open it again. Really like it. Glad we bought it. Wish we got it a few months ago!

We are very satisfied with this product. We originally were going for a smaller one, but we are now glad we chose the 15.5 Cu. Ft. The delivery was very smooth and the installation flawless.

I really like the fact that there are so many places to store my food, there are shelves in the door. There are four shelves, and there are two baskets. In addition, I really like the little indicator light under the door to alert us of a power outage.

Great size, nice and quiet, won't freezer burn your food. Only miss for me is no lock on the door but otherwise, great freezer

It is working great.. Quickly started getting cold right after we plugged it in.. But we sure would appreciate a longer cord..it's too far from receptacle..if we moved it closer to it my car would hit it.. Only gripe we have.. Have to use an extension cord.. Unless I park my car outside.. Not going to happen though

Nice freezer. Doing what its intended to do. Good amount of space. This is better than the chest freezer. Now I can see all the foid and get to it more easily.

The freezer has been installed in our garage for about a month now. Working great, easy set up. I like the light at the bottom of the freezer that shines even when the door is closed. A lot more interior space for food that I realised. So much easier to find what I want than in our old chest freezer.

Spacious, affordable, gorgeous, quality, easy to use

Received this freezer about a month ago; so for its initiation, working fine. It is a good size for me because narrow but tall, so holds a lot in little wall space. Like the green bright base light to show it is working and alarm to alert when not. Like the simple interior design with shelves in the door. Like brushed stainless exterior which has a decent quality appearance and recessed door handle. Do not like the noise...not extreme, but obvious and more than refrigerator sitting next to it. This is my first freezer, so maybe that is expected. Hope it lasts.

Ordered March 1st at $579 delivered on 3/28. Selling price is now $769-why? I feel the general public is seeing some questionable pricing on popular items during the current event. What's your say Best Buy? On to the freezer-works great. Love the interior light and green LED light shining on the floor to let you know there is power to the freezer. I checked internal temp-even from top to bottom. So far so good other than the almost $200 price increase in a month.

Luv, luv, luv this freezer. Spacious. The green light at the bottom assures you it is on. Gets cold quickly. I would give it a 5 star rating IF the shelves were THICK glass or that thick non looking like cheap plastic. I dislike the spacing on the shelves. But have not had any problems w/ them yet.

Much better than the more expensive hunk of junk Kitchen Aid fridge we had. Didn't want to get another fridge with the water and ice maker in the door because those kind of ice makers tend to break a lot. With the ice now in the bottom freezer compartment, you also get a lot more ice than you would if it were in the door. Plenty of room inside. Water filter is easy to change. Freezer is decent size, though we also have an upright freezer in the garage for other stuff. Overall we're very happy with this purchase.

We were looking for a garage-based freezer and lucked out in finding this little gem at the Best Buy Outlet store. The machine can freeze food at its regular setting of 0°F. The machine is quiet and frost-free. The shelving is semi-adjustable; there are only a few additional slots to place the shelves, but they work. We had some minor paint issues; the paint application looked a bit thin in some areas, but those were easily fixed with a quick trip to the local blue colored big-box home improvement retailer. With our sloping garage floor, we spent some time levelling the machine, but it was pretty simple to do with the cartoon-based owner's manual. If English were not my primary language, without those cartoons, I would have been lost as to how to perform the task.

I was looking something that wasn't either too big or too small. This freezer is perfect for my usage. The interior lighting is great. There are lots of wire shelves inside to store all my food. The stainless steel looking finish also compliments the rest of my appliances. It runs very quietly and I would highly recommend this item.

This was a very hard to find item since the pandemic started. Even though it took 3 times to order it and it was cancelled twice due to unavailability, we were still happy to finally get it. We love the space and it is much better than a chest freezer. It seems to work great.

The freezer is good. Adjustable shelving was a plus. It's taller but more narrow than our last one, which is nice as it fits better in the space. Happy with our choice

I love this freezer. It has plenty of room for my frozen food. I like the smooth front without a electronic mother board. My last two freezers went out due to the faulty motherboard. Got it on sale so it was great deal

So far, so good. I bought this to replace an older stand alone freezer that was about to die. I am quite satisfied with the choice. It is very quiet and fits all of our needs for extra space for frozen food. I would totally recommend this brand and to buy from Bestbuy. The wait was about a month since our local store did not have it in stock but well worth the wait. The delivery process was excellent, the guys were very professional and fast.
