Posted .Cody, I am dismayed that your air conditioner doesn’t have the feature you expected. In 2014, the EPA made it mandatory for all electronic units to be factory set to Energy Saver (Econ) Mode. As your model is a manual control unit, it not capable of have the Econ Mode as an feature. In today’s competitive marketplace feedback from our consumers is vital to our continued success. Had a problem with the unit

Posted .Hey, Tammy. I hate to hear your a/c isn't keeping you cool. This model is only designed to cool a room up to 150 square feet. If your room is larger than this, you may need a larger unit, or it may take it longer to cool down. If this does not seem to be the issue, please reach out to us directly. ~ Brandi
