Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I RECENTLY MOVED INTO AN INHERITED PROPERTY IN THE COUNRTY FROM BEING IN TOWN ALL MY LIFE, BUT RESIDENCE FOR 13 YEARS...AND "NEWER" house is not equipped with central heat/air so this was a MUST HAVE. Only thing was my son grabbed the box that was "open box" to it saying was just a return, nothing missing, but when we got it home....No REMOTE. Had to return/exchange for BRAND NEW ONE which there really wasnt a price difference so....we will be staying cool in the summer's to come.
