The A/C is very nice and operations as advertisedl

the energy saving mode is always on by default. i’d prefer it remember all settings between uses. it definitely is for a small space; i’d say 150 sq. ft. is the maximum and it’d only be ok for that. also depends on the shape of the room and unit placement.

I really love this air conditioner however it bought it from open box deals. I was just disappointed that there’s no remote included. I have to get out of my bed to adjust the temperature for my bedroom. It’s a hassle but this air conditioner is worth it.

Bought this ac unit for the window of my 10 x 15 bedroom which wasn’t being cooled down by the home ac. Worked great. I didn’t install it permanently. Had a cat shelf I placed it on. Sometimes need to carry it to the bathroom to dump out water in the bottom. Overall works great.

We needed a window air conditioner for our spare room, and this one works great. The only reason I knocked off one star is the remote didn't work. Best Buy wouldn't exchange just the remote, so I have to go through Frigidaire to get it replaced.

My little girl's ac was running out of Freon at the wrong time of year in the deep south. Her room is small, so we only needed a 5000 Btu unit to get the job done. Best Buy had what we needed when we needed it. Awesome!

Good ac for the price. However the slides for filling in the window did not work. They have holes along the top and bottom that allow bugs in. Way to many for living in the woods.

The ac works great except we had to carry that heavy thing from the store to the car, unload it just to get home and see it was cracked so we had to repack it up and go all the way back to our nearest store

I've purchased it for my wife, for her office it took about 30 minutes to fully get cold, afterwards we had to turn it off or cool down. The start up was a bit slow but it was worth the wait.

Such sweet relief. I ordered it online to pick up in store the same day, I took a lyft, it was ready and brought out for me, it’s been lovely.

About the small air conditioner because of the brand and the price the customer service was excellent. I also bought an extended warranty just in case so far so good thank you

The air conditioner is being being used in the window of a small bedroom. It works well in all modes (fan, cool and eco) and is not as noisy as other units I have used in this room.

My A/C IN MY RV WENT OUT. BAM THIS LITTLE UNIT WENT RIGHT IN THE BEDROOM WINDOW 13" WIDE. IT WAS 107° TODAY BY THE WAY, NOT IN MY RV THOUGH. HAS 3 SETTINGS, 3 SPEEDS AND A REMOTE

Compared to other I own of the same rating it cools better, is small and easier to install. It does a great job cooling an area that is probably larger than it is rated at.

It was originally purchased for my son's bedroom. But ended up to our tv room. It was perfect size in our window. Small and Wonderful! We loved it and it's been great!

The AC is great, comes with a remote but my only problem is that its height is less than 12" which is a little small. Other than that, this is perfect for a small bedroom.

Changed out a 3 month old ac in my office / storage area with this ac and it worked well through the Texas summer. I like the remote with temperature display.

Bought this AC for my bedroom and it works great easy to install for one person eco mode is great and the remote control makes it easy to use at night

I would purchase this product again for another small room. It is really affordable and gets the job done.
