Great buy! We live in an upstairs apartment in the city, and it is hot! So this unit was the perfect size for us. It does a great job !!

We needed something to fit in a small window and this worked perfect. It keeps our kitchen cool even when the oven is on.

Especially for the price, this is an awesome a/c unit! It cools my moderate sized bedroom perfectly and the remote is a great feature!

Set the thermostat at the temperature you want and it goes on and off as needed. Overall very guilt. I highly recommend.

This works great on my small bedroom. I have a larger unit (sane one) in my living room and it’s crazy loud, but this size is much quieter.

Bought this for a small room at the far side of the house the main AC does not reach well. Setup was pretty simple, does include a remote and the window extensions (some do not) keeps the room at a decent temperature. cons: the air is not super cold so it has to run more often does NOT dehumidify so you have cold wet air if its on sale buy it, or for a room you do not use often. If not go for a unit with a dehumidifier.

No problems with this at all. Easy to use set temp settings and such. it comes with a remote control that is nice too!

Cools small room good. Has energy saver mode and can set temp to specific degree. Has remote. 3 fan speed. Overall good unit so far

I have horrible luck with air conditioners, but so far I have had no problems. It's easy to use and quiet.

I needed a SMALL a/c for my very tiny NYC kitchen that get strong afternoon sun and has a window, but poor ventilation when I am using my stove or oven. This was the smallest a/c I could find. It does cool but isn't particularly powerful. I hadn't realized that the vanes can only be adjusted from side to side , not up and down. That means I often have cold air blowing on me when I'm cooking, but it's not a deal breaker. The biggest issue I have is that the depth isn't 13 inches as shown on the website (and on the manufacturer's site too). The unit is 13" hanging outside the window plus there is another 2-3 inches inside my kitchen window. Since I have the unit in a window on my terrace, it juts out more than I expected. Having said that, this is the shortest depth I could find when a/c shopping in October (not lots of inventory at that time). So overall, this is an OK a/c. I'm not sure how it would do in a larger bedroom (even one that is 10x10). For the price, it's fine.

With the recent hot weather this A/C does a great job of keeping the area very comfortable. It runs very quietly

I use this air conditioner in one of the children’s rooms. The room stays cool and the air conditioner is reasonably quiet.

This air conditioner works great. Love the way it cools the room down in a few minutes. Love having the remote with this AC.

A nice compact unit works well in a little room. The best part is the unit will shut off when the room reaches temperature.

The air conditioner is not very noisy and puts out a lot of cold air. It hasn't made my electric bill go up.
