    Good a/c unit. Appearance is attractive and not too heavy. I was able to install unit on my own so that is a plus!!!! Only downside is a bit noisy when unit is running on a/c mode as opposed to fan mode. Also - it would be nice if remote had a backlight. Overall- very effective in cooling down a small room as promised!

    I've had it for almost two months and it just froze up today. Time to thaw out. We do run it 24/7 even in the winter months. Probably will get a larger unit next time. Still this unit is a hard worker and does excellent!! Keeps the room very cool. I'm giving five stars!

    Was a little smaller than I thought it would be but it still fit okay in the window. Can definitely feel the difference in the room!! So much cooler. Price was great for what you get from this product. Although this was a fairly recent purchase, no complaints at this point.

    My bought this unit as a replacement for my daughter's room. It's mostly run at night and has provided her with comfort while she sleeps. We like to set the timer during the day so that it automatically turns on and cools the room beforehand.

    Pretty effective air conditioner with simple remote and controls. Love the fact I can set a timer before I go to sleep and reminders to clean filter. Not much to say so far, works good and was affordable.
