This upright freezer is exactly what we have been looking for and so much more! The most important feature I was looking for was big wire shelves. I got that plus pockets on the door just like in the refrigerator. Now, instead of having to keep all the small things in boxes, you can open the boxes and put the contents on the door and easily see everything you have in the freezer every time you open the door. You can stack full size frozen pizza's, whole turkeys, whole chickens, whole hams, wholesale store size boxes of prepared foods like lasagna and chicken piccata and still have room for giant bags of frozen veggies, bacon and those fish you're going to catch next weekend. We keep a list and cross off items as we use them but unlike most freezers where everything is stacked on top of each other and you have to dig to find what's on the bottom - and you end up throwing away half of the stuff because it never gets used - this one is so easy to organize that a list is barely necessary. Best investment if you buy in bulk. I would never go back to a chest freezer again!

I went from a 7cu ft chest freezer to this 16.6cu ft upright freezer and love it. The size is perfect and it is so nice to be able to see everything in the freezer now. So far the freezer is working without any problems. I’m glad that I didn’t go any larger as it wouldn’t have fit in my garage next to my extra refrigerator.

This is a replacement freezer and this what we like: 1. Size for us 16.6 good. 2. Freezes fast. 3. Excellent seal. 4. Good lighting. 4) little noise when compressor on buts its in garage and don’t hear it. 5) has a key lock

I was looking to replace an old upright freezer that was not frost free. After much research - this is the freezer I chose, and I love it! The light is bright, there is plenty of room for our needs, and I love the fact that it will stay frozen for two days without power should our lights go out during storms or what-not. The only negative that I see is that the shelf guards on the door shelves are a weaker plastic and if you put pressure on them they appear to "give". Keeping small items in the door is fine, but I'm leary to put anything that would put too much pressure against them. Overall I would purchase again.

Bought a new frigidaire to replace one i had for 9 years. I needed a certain size, frost free with shelves and light. Caught this one at the Black Friday sale bargain price. It was delivered promptly set up and my old one hauled away. It's currently filled with holiday food and goodies. This model doesn't have a basket drawer but I'm making due. I do recommend this item

Very happy with this freezer so far. Large inside space for a unit that does not take up a lot of floor space. Good shelf arrangement, plenty of storage in door shelves. Bright light and runs quiet. Great freezer to provide additional storage for bulk buy items. No problem putting multiple pizza boxes side by side.

MY WIFE REALLY LIKES THE BRIGHT LIGHTING. ALSO THE DOORSHELVES ARE EXCELLENT AS ARE THE OTHER SHELVES. THE MAIN REASON WE PURCHASED WAS FOR THE FROST-FREE. WE ALSO LIKE THE SIZE, NOT TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL.

Exactly what I wanted! It keeps food organized and within easy reach...no more digging to the bottom of a chest! I love the frost free feature. Would highly recommend!

The items arrived as expected and there was very good communication informing us of exact delivery times, etc. Price was also matched to a local appliance store. We like the versatility of an upright for both frozen meats as well as being able to easily access stuff for the kids - freezie pops. ice cream, etc. The light is nice a bright too for easy sorting, reading and spotting the items you are looking for.

Freezer has large open space and shelves for larger items. Replaced an older similar sized Frigidaire which had cheap metal shelves in door which were easily bent and fell out. This one has plastic molded shelves in door. Freezer is moderately noisy, but is in my laundry room less than 25’ from my TV and I cannot hear it run. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

It's BIG. Lots of space. Lots of drawers. The door's vacuum is sizable; if you don't pull hard, it doesn't open. The light inside is very nice.

Rerplaced my old frigidaire upright freezer with this. Good price for a nice freezer with lots of space a must for family with young ones. The external temperature control and the door ajar signal is missed and so is the basket which were nice features in the old one.

Bought the 16.6 cubic freezer, I personally appreciate Best Buy’s delivery crew. They’re smart, efficient and very careful bringing in appliances — this freezer is a perfect balance. It’s quiet, efficient and has a lot of space. The LED lighting is bright and welcoming. Very happy with it!

We looked online at frost free freezers, and this one caught our attention right away. Good size, frost free, and BestBuy had a really goo price on it too. The delivery schedule was a couple of weeks out, but that wasn't a problem, AND it was free delivery. Much appreciated.

The is an excellent freezer - a great size for storing sale items and for warehouse shopping. The main shelves are well oganized and the shelves inside the door make it easy to keep things within an easy reach. Highly recommended.

Nice size freezer. The seal is amazing you have to really put muscle in to open the door. Shopped around and this was the best price anywhere. Ordered online after looking in store. Delivery was very quick and easy. Only reason not a 5 star is the freezer had a small dent in side when delivered. I was offered a replacement or a percent off. I took the discount, as dent does not affect the freezer. so far very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this freezer to replace our 28 year old freezer. Very happy it is frost free and energy star rated. It is easy to to load and has plenty of room with four sheves.It also has 5 shelves on the door. Glad I made this purchase.

Works great. Quiet. Energy efficient. Lots of storage space.

This freezer is superior to our former one. It is tall with 4 shelves and shelves in the door also. I can fit all of my frozen foods and organize them for easy finding. There is even a light for those late night food emergencies! The door makes a great seal so even outdoors there is no condensation and the food stays cold with no frost.

There is a lot of room in this freezer. Love the extra space on the inside door. My only complaint would be that the compressor hums quite loudly. I keep thinking I have left the door open,.
