Love it ! Nice size & love the light. Now we can see what's in there. Great shelves on door. The are enclosed on bottom so items don't fall thru.

Read the reviews, then made my decision. Very pleased, replaced one that was 20 years old hope this lasts that long.

The delivered freezer has never functioned. The power light didn't go on when it was plugged in. The delivery man in the Geek Squad uniform put his hand on the metal shelf and declared that he felt cold, so it was working. In a standard freezer this might work. But this is a frost free freezer (as he and I had already discussed) so the test would have been to feel the cold air flow, not to feel the shelf. He also said he would get someone out the next day to look at it. When this didn't happen, I spent three days (and several hours on hold) calling to finally get an appointment for someone to come look at the item. The first available slot was in over ten days! And this is not for a resolution of the problem, but rather more fact-finding. Fortunately, we have a working freezer already; we are fortunate not to be depending on Best Buy for a crucial need.
