I am disappointed to learn about the issue with your freezer.
I understand your concerns about the leak.
Are your doors closing/sealing properly? Are there any tears, or holes on the gaskets? Is your appliance on a leveled surface?
It is very important for your freezer to be level in order to function properly. If your freezer is not leveled this may cause your doors to be misaligned and not close or seal properly, which could lead your unit to have cooling, frost or moisture problems.
