I was thrilled to death to be told that as it was a gift for my 85-year-old mother the gentleman was very helpful and I will be going back to Best Buy. Great great experience.

Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel has been a source of frustration. The constant water leakage not only damaged my kitchen floor but also created a mess. On top of that, the refrigerator produced irritatingly loud noises, disrupting the peace at home. To add to the woes, the freezer had issues with air gaps, resulting in frozen ice buildup. This combination of water leaks, noise disturbances, and freezer problems makes me regret choosing this model. Not recommended and I ended up returning it.
