    Worst Customer Service Experience Ever

    There is an issue with this fridge that prompted me to return it. The whole left side of the fridge in my unit is exposed, and while the side view presented on this site doesn't show it, you can see the "innards" of the fridge that are exposed on the backside of the fridge when viewing it from the side. It's an eyesore, and it is falsely advertised, since you can't see the issue on the website. Everything else about it is fine, so if you don't have the side of your fridge exposed, you should be fine. The bigger problem is how awful trying to return this has been. Here's a list of how the returns process has gone down so far: -The customer support line hung up on me about 10 times, including when I was put on HOLD after talking with someone. -I tried text support, since the phone system wasn't working. The whole process was slow and took over 30min to complete. -They couldn't do an exchange, since like models were on back order and couldn't come until Nov. I can't wait that long. At least we were able to setup the return, and I could purchase a new fridge from a different site. - The return appointment was setup and then summarily cancelled about 4 different times with no explanation. Fixing the issue required me to call into customer support every time, and every time, it kept getting cancelled. Not only that, they had to push by the pick-up date, which was very inconvenient to me, as it requires me to be on site for the pick-up, which is 45min away from my home. This is still unresolved. The issue can't be fixed in their system, so they're escalating it to my local field team to try to resolve it and will try to do it on my original pick-up day. At this point, this has wasted hours of my life, and it is still not resolved. I'm never buying from Best Buy again.

    I’m very happy with my New fridge! Just had to buy a container for my lunch meat but that’s no biggy Over all I love it!

    Bought this refrigerator in october of 2024. Ive had to replace the hose line 4 times and have finally given up on having an ice maker. Something fromg the unit is causing the steel braided hoses to melt and leaking water from the hose onto my floor and into my basement. I cant afford the water leaking from the unit damaging my home. Fridgedaire wont help so wont be buying from them ever again.

    Fridge Freezes Everything

    Ordered this fridge in February. 6 days later, it started freezing everything in the fridge. Tech said the temp sensor or motherboard must have blown. Got a new fridge. 3 weeks later, the new fridge started freezing everything. Not much help from Best Buy. Would not recommend this fridge to everyone.

    the freezer drawer broke after less than a month, and came delivered with makes and scratches all over it. Super disappointed, don’t waste your money.

    Very nice refrigerator/freezer. Fits in our kitchen which is fairly small. We like the french door style, and replaced our old french door model (different brand) with this one after the old one conked out. We like the bright light inside the refrig when you open it. Wish the freezer had a light. We like the triple shelf/bin system in the freezer. Bins in the doors of the frig are good size. The single shelf arrangement is not that great in the fridge. If you put anything slightly heavy in the middle of the shelf (for instance, two half gallons of milk etc.) the shelf sags or bows in the middle, which it shouldn't; couldn't they make it out of sturdier glass or have half shelves which are adjustable? Frig is quiet however. Does not alert you if doors are not completely shut, which is a drawback. It is nice that the front is actually metal so that magnets stick to it, unlike our old frig. It looks beautiful in our kitchen and we love the size of it. It holds more than it looks. Overall happy with this item and would buy again.

    Perfect For My Apartment

    My old Kenmore refrigerator was acting up, so I shopped for a replacement. The requirements were maximum 68-inches tall due to space limitations and a bottom freezer. This refrigerator is perfect because it is quiet, efficient, and has side shelves. Also, the brushed steel exterior does not show fingerprints requiring continuous cleaning. I never had a refrigerator with French doors, however it seems to allow less cold air escaping when I need an item. My only suggested improvement is eliminating the ice maker for more freezer space (not connected because I don't need it).

    I like this fridge as it fits in my space and is quiet to run and is very roomy. Looks great and am very satisfied with my purchase. I also was pleased with the delivery people and service from Best Buy!

    I love the design and flexibility this appliance offers. I have a very small footprint where this can fit, and the French doors maximize the limited space available. It is a beautiful design, and I like how it looks in my kitchen. That said, it is not without its headaches. The ice maker has never worked. I have had this for two months, and for the first two weeks I owned it, it did not produce any ice, despite implementing all of the troubleshooting ideas the Frigidaire representative recommended. Instead, the appliance would make an incredibly loud buzzing sound, usually in the middle of the night. I ended up just turning the ice maker off. To schedule an appointment to get the ice maker fixed, it has been a royal pain in the neck. I am home today because I had an appointment scheduled. I received a confirmation call on Friday for my appointment today, and when I checked the online status last night, it still showed that my appointment was happening today. This morning, I went back online to get an updated time of arrival, and it showed my appointment as being 10 days from now. I contacted Frigidaire, and they told me that my appointment was actually for four days from now. I told them that was unacceptable, and it needed to happen today, as that's when it was confirmed to be, and I had taken the morning off work period they told me that wasn't possible and then try to schedule B for a day that I'm not available. I told them I'm not available on the day they proposed, and they proceeded to book me for the day that I am unavailable. They asked me if I wanted a different service provider who might have more flexibility, and I said yes, so they told me that provider would be in touch. Once I was finished with chatting with the representative, I called Frigidaire just to confirm all of this, and it turns out that chat representative had still booked me for the day that I'm not available. The phone representative booked me for a day that I can be here. We will see if the service appointment holds true for the day when I can actually be home to have the work performed. Moreover, after only one day of owning this appliance, I tried to move one of the bins in the door to provide some more room for tall objects. The bin broke. Frigidaire was quick to send me a new one. It is completely ridiculous that I spend this much money on an appliance, and then the item breaks immediately or doesn't work at all, and then when I try to remedy the situation, I get the runaround. Unfortunately, that is just the state of affairs in our modern day. I miss the old days of appliances that would last for decades.

    I held off on writing this review to make sure it was an honest one. My new Frigidaire stainless steel refrigerator is fantastic! It's the ideal size for a small kitchen and really attractive. Since I don't intend to use the ice machine, I turned it off. The ability to switch it off is a benefit! I don’t like refrigerator water or ice. Additionally, I noticed a concern regarding the lack of light in the bottom freezer, but I don't remember conventional freezers ever having light inside. In any case, it's my favorite kitchen appliance so far!

    We have a smaller kitchen, and the spot where the refrigerator goes is directly across from a low counter (eating/bar area). The previous refrigerator had a full door, which blocked the entire space when opened, so this refrigerator fit perfectly and with dual doors people can still walk through when getting in the refrigerator. Besides that, there is plenty of room and the layout is perfect inside.

    This refrigerator fits perfectly in my small kitchen, and looks great. The ice maker is turned off since I don’t have a water line to connect it to. The design is nice, and the food stays cold. I love the freezer compartments.

    This is a nice refrigerator. 17.6 cu. ft. counter depth French door refrigerator. Protrusion from cabinets is 3 inches less than the old one. Really like the quietness of it. It makes far less running sound than did my older Frigidaire model. You can hardly hear if it is running or not. The French Door upper area holds a lot of items. Very satisfied with that. The lower freezer area holds less than I thought it would but enough for the average "nest free" couple. My only minor complaint is that opening and closing the freezer compartment is not always a smooth operation. The ice maker tray sometimes seems to hang up momentarily but then comes out with the rest of the compartments. I may just need to adjust my expectations on that because it is not near as smooth as opening an upper freezer on a refrigerator. All in all a very nice item at a very reasonable price by today's standards. I give it 4.5 stars but don't know how to make the fifth star a half star in this review.

    Awesome fridge for a smaller size apartment. Plenty of space both in the fridge and freezer. Very nice cooling with a removable/replaceable carbon air filter in the fridge compartment. Digital display. Lighting is awesome and very cool. Fruit and vegetables have their own crispers and function very well. The only downside is that there is no cold cuts drawer. Easily remedied with an add-on (clip on)(bottom of shelf) Amazon purchased cold cuts drawer. Delivery was quick and they did not shy away from filling out a COI for my coop. Overall very happy with my purchase.

    I'm so happy with this puchase. I live in a condo and after searching for the right size for my space i found it at best buy. It fits the space beautifully and looks great. This refrigerator has ample space it was surprisingly roomy. Don't hesitate to buy this.
