I recently purchased the **Frigidaire 17.6 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator** in stainless steel, and I am thoroughly impressed! Even though it's counter-depth, the interior feels surprisingly spacious, with ample room for groceries and a good balance of freezer and fridge space. When I purchased this fridge I was given a delivery date Tuesday 1/14/25 that date came and went but no delivery and no notice that it was NOT going to be delivered. I phone the store 5 times but only received a call center that I was disconnected with 2 times and 3 different answers of why it was not delivered. All wrong answers! Needless to say I was disappointed with the response. I went back to the Bismarck store on THURSDAY the 16 and spoke to a lady named Samantha. I could not have been treated better by this awesome young lady that figured out what the problem was and got the delivery set up for Saturday the 18th. The fridge was delivered by two very nice young men who discovered that it was damaged. They explained the process of dealing with a damaged appliance. I was very disappointed with mixup of the delivery which was very much a hassle for me but very much appreciated the help of Samantha and the pleasantness of the delivery gentleman. She was very pleasant and helpful to deal with I would give her an Aplus So far I am satisfied with how my new fridge works and hopefully I will continue to be satisfied. Thanks Samantha! Jan.

This was the only double-door refrigerator that would fit the available space in my kitchen, allowing both doors to open comfortably for access, as well as fitting through the kitchen doorway when delivered. Even though this was not my first choice, the refrigerator is in fact surprisingly spacious for a family of two. The contents of the refrigerator are at eye level, while the freezer drawer with separate compartments allows frozen items to be organized efficiently. My only niggle is not having any under-shelf drawers for cheese, etc., but this is a minor point and not a deal-breaker by any means. Temperature regulation is a breeze, facilitated by the digital display for accurate temperature adjustment. The water and air filters, which need to be replaced every six months, are useful additional features. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend the product.

Absolutely perfect size and functional doors for a small, narrow, galley-style kitchen. Top doors open up for ample availability too fridge without taking too much space for sneaking by in kitchen. Freezer is deep with multiple drawers for storage. Ice maker makes small 0.5”^2 cubes.

We are in love with "Big Sylvie". She fits right into our family. The ice Queen that lives inside makes alot if ice. We absolutely love her big open arms (doors) and how she holds all of our food. It was the best choice for our family.

Great refrigerator so far, had it a little over a month now. Perfect for my small apartment kitchen. So much space on the inside.

Getting used to the refrigerator. Works well. Enjoy having ice made automatically. Have to get used to having a freezer on the bottom. But it fits perfectly in the space of our old fridge. That was a big concern!

Excellent fridge. Quiet. Spacious. Makes ice quick. My 2nd time buying this fridge for an investment property.

Love this refrigerator! It's counter depth and fits nicely into the spot I needed it to fit in my small condo kitchen. I elected to not connect the waterline at this time, so I just make ice and dump it into the ice holder. So far that has worked for me. There seems to be plenty of room for all my food and the bottom freezer drawers are fantastic!! There is no light in the freezer compartment, but I just open one of the refrigerator doors and there's enough light to see into the freezer drawer. So far, I'm loving this fridge and it looks great, too!

We have a smaller space and this was the only French door refrigerator that fit within our parameters. We previously had a top freezer style and this is so much better, it has such a better ease of access and I find it holds way more things. Have owned for year with no issues and the icemaker is great. The only minor complaint I have is that they should have included a light in the freezer section. Other than that it’s been absolutely perfect.

Having read awful stories about installation at orher big box stores, i worried. My installers were wonderful. They were careful and precise, turned off the water/icemaker festure for me, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. As for this fridge—perfect fit in a very small space and has plenty of room inside. The door bins are huge! And the freezer is the best. Between the drawers and the deep area, loads of room and will be easy to organize. Love, love, love it!

Perfect fridge! It’s extremely hard to find modern fridges to fit in the cut outs under cabinets in a modular/mobile home. I took measurements prior to purchase & it fit the space perfectly! The ice maker is an absolute plus! Fridge area is super spacious with compact freezer area. We store meats in top freezer drawer, pizza etc in 2nd drawer & everything else in bottom. Highly recommend purchasing this fridge! It’s a winner in our household of 3.

I had to replace my Kenmore after 20 plus years and needed to find a certain size /this was a perfect fit. I have read other reviews where people complain about the noise / but I hear nothing / very quiet.

So far so good. Bought at BB Outlet. It meet my price and size requirements. Seems to be well built. Had it know for 2 weeks. I could not fit a bigger refrigerator in my residence.

My new Frigidaire is like a dream come true. For years and years I browsed and browsed french door, french door bottom freezer refrigerator. I always thought they were to big or to small or to expensive. When it was time to replace my refrigerator it still took me forever to feel secure with the sizing. The new styles are taller and wider. I did my best to measure and make my best choice and let me tell you, I am in love with this fridge. I call it my boyfriend lol. Tall and handsome :)

Love this fridge so far! We have had it for about a month. Perfect if you have limited space (I have a cabinet above and it is low, not many refrigerators besides a standard lower end one would fit). At first there was a really loud buzzing, almost like an alarm, every so often (30 minutes or so? Fairly frequent). Finally figured out it was from the ice maker that wasn’t connected to water yet- once I turned the ice maker off, it stopped. So if you don’t have a water line connected to it, make sure you turn the ice maker off! Only complaint is no light in the freezer. There is so much space in the entire fridge and freezer but the bottom is hard to see at times.
