Freezer leaks; repairman says that's normal.

Have to keep a bowl there to collect the water. Repairman came and said I had the freezer set too cold. However, when I set the freezer lower so it doesn't drip, my ice cream melts. When I set it so the ice cream stays frozen, the water drips into the refrigerator again. Best Buy said they would send another repairman, but sent the same one. Frigidaire no help. Will try to return to Best Buy. DON'T BUY.

Typically, items in your freezer will freeze at about 20 degrees but ice cream needs to be much colder (below 15 degrees) to harden. I do recommend try keeping your ice cream in the rear of your freezer section.
