Suddenly we needed a new fridg! Perfect one for us found and ordered to be delivered in two days. Still in the box, the guys opened, had me check it out, brought it in and back in business. Nice Frigidaire. Love it! Great customer service.

Bought fridge I wanted. It’s good size but thought the outside material wasn’t glossed over from the pics but it’s very glossy and finger prints show tremendously. Also came with a dent in the door. Delivery people ripped off the plastic film without asking aswell and left pieces of it in the edges. Looks ugly. Should have bought a better fridge but it does the job

I love my new frig. It is a perfect fit. My only regret is there is no light in the freezer, but overall I would recommend it. Very roomy for the size.

This refrigerator was cancelled due to the following horrific experience; NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE!
Untrained employees who are instructed to speak with customers for only several minutes, at best, do not merit my business. THIS IS NOT TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was treated as a subhuman after having endured monetary misrepresentations (or supposed credits) for damaged appliances - after waiting 14 plus hours for my delivery. The attempt to pick up my damaged appliances was cancelled -DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK UP day.
Best Buy technology has yet to permit me to return my damaged items after days of waiting, creating additional delays, and preventing me from replacing these appliances from Best Buy or another competitor. Need I go on? Best Buy does not merit my business. Best Buy needs to understand it is customers, like myself who help generate their income and pay their bills.

Great refrigerator for an affordable price. This one has 3 shelves on the right door and most usually come with 2. It has plenty of storage space more than one of my double door fridge.

Every time I have to deal with the delivery people is a complete nightmare. I order a refrigerator and It was delivered with a defective door. The door will not close. I called the people who made the delivery and of course, no answer. I also text them and no answer. Now I probably have to wait another two weeks for them to send somone.
