The top metal shelf/rack inside Refrigerator has several little pieces of metal sticking up on it. I didn't see them until the bottom of a gallon jug of sweat tea was punctured by them. The tea leaked onto everything below it and into bottom of refrigerator. I cut my hand on them when cleaning tea off rack. Was told by best buy customer service chat to call manufacturer for possible replacement. Worried about replacement Refrigerator having same issue.

Adjusting the refrigerator control will change temperatures in both compartments. The freezer control can be left at the factory preset (*Recommended) or adjusted as desired. To maintain temperature, a fan circulates air in the refrigerator and freezer compartments. For good circulation, do not block cold air vents with food items.
