I wasn't expecting this product to be so Hugh. However, I press start and it heated my food so fast. I pressed 1 minute and forget it was extremely hot. I made a great choice.

Was a difficult to return because manufacturer requires you to contact them and when I did they said just return it to Best Buy. Since I had already tried that I knew the technician from Frigidaire was wrong but I had already wasted about 30 minutes with them. Thankfully Best Buy made it right.
