Very nice appliance! Ordered as a second refrigerator (ordered the matching freezer separately). We constantly entertain and need lots of fridge space- this thing is GREAT! the inside is very practical and the space is usable- one thing I would change is the door trays need to be adjustable. You cannot fit wine, etc upright in the door. This thing is seriously light weight- it rolls reallllly easily (almost too easily). It is attractive- clean and simple. Very pleased with this purchase.

It has plenty of room but nothing fancy that I don’t need. I can arrange just the way I want. There’s no useless touchscreen that stops working in a short period of time, there’s no small freezer attached that just takes up room and builds up ice. It’s easy to move and maintain. It is just a pure white color that matches with any interior theme and the design is sleek and simple. To sum it up, this is the best second refrigerator you can ever get.

First off I have a claim that was set up with customer service the Best Buy store was suppose to contact me but never did as this was suppose to be a good condition floor model more like very poor scratched up on both sides and a couple big dents in it I only bought it because of the Thanksgiving holiday coming up and it was the only one available I could get before the holiday I bought and paid for it online and found somebody that could pick it up for me without seeing it bad decision it’s been 10-11 weeks now that my less than two year old Samsung bespoke has been broken i bought geek squad protection and they have been here three times as well as service quick 3 times through best buys AIG INSURANCE they all say it can’t be fixed I probably am done with best buy at this point because instead of getting it replaced they want to send one more person out to look at it and I now have a refrigerator in the garage that looks like an abused return and a commercial freezer I went to Home Depot for after my horrible experience with Best Buy. At least this one works just looks awful. I would probably say it’s good if you have time to wait for a new one and are looking to have an extra garage fridge without a freezer.

We bought this model to replace a new Insignia unit that we recently purchased and returned. This Frigidaire model has worked very well in a garage location that has high temperature and humidity. We would prefer a numerical temperature indicator on the door instead of the five LEDs, but since we also have a remote thermometer placed inside this is a minor complaint. The temperature is very steady. When set at the middle (“Recommended”) setting, the fridge maintains a temperature in a narrow range 34F to 37F, which is ideal. Even on the hottest days with summer humidity, the temperature stays in that range despite frequent opening/closing. (We haven’t needed to use the Chill Boost feature yet, which actually makes it too cold.) Two additional minor complaints: Door trays need to be a bit deeper for larger containers and there needs to be a crisper drawer instead of the wire rack for fruits and vegetables. Another positive with this model: The swing of the door can be reversed. So far we love this unit and have only minor preferential criticisms. Definitely recommend.

Great refrigerator, all glass, no plastic bins, easy to see everything you have. Shelves are not as deep as in all other refrigerators but still have ample room. Only thing wrong with it, it’s not a freezer which is what I ordered, and all my frozen food went bad. The freezer and refrigerator look exactly alike and apparently Best Buy has a lot of people working for them in their Honduras Customer Service office, that don’t know the difference between them. Now to try to get them to replace it with a freezer, I’m into my 3 rd month waiting. Consolation, they brought me 2 other refrigerators that weren’t even Frigidaire and I got to loss more of my hair dealing with them.

We ordered three of these fridges. First one showed up on time working perfectly. The second one was delayed by weeks. Multiple times of no one showing up with the delivery. That one seemed to be working okay, but we had to make adjustments to it due to it not being installed properly and level. Then the third one comes in, beeping, not working, over a month late of getting it. Service was scheduled to come out, no one showed up. We asked multiple times for a manager to call us, promised to be called back within 48 hours. Still no one has called. Fridge is brand new and light is burnt out. Still unlevel from original install not being done properly, and still not working properly. Service still has not showed up to fix it. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a long time Best Buy customer I am very disappointed in how poorly they have handled our situation.

Good basic fridge with a ton of space since there is no freezer. This thing would be a five start appliance all the way except for a few problems. 1. I got two of these and my brother ordered one. All of them came with what look like BB dents all over the doors. My brother had his replaced and the replacement still had a dent. There is obviously something going on in manufacturing or packaging. These dents were not caused by the shipper 2. The shelves have very few adjustment points so there is a ton of wasted space. This would really benefit from a track system that let you move the shelves up and down by 1 inch or less increments. 3. The shelves are VERY weak and bend to a dangerous degree with a 15 pack of beer on them. This is such a problem I am considering placing steel bars underneath them for extra support.

Excellent. Huge. Can be concerted to a freezer. Wonderful replacement for the junk side by side Amana. Worth getting a separate stand up freezer with no bells and whistles to avoid the hassle.

Looking to replace an older Frigidaire that gave out after 7+ yrs; this one is smaller and not nearly built as well. Cosmetics aside (didn't care for the silver handle), the unit is simply too small inside -- our outgoing 21 cu ft model had significantly deeper shelves, a stronger door seal and the shelves didn't bend under weight (this new unit they bend with only few items). Returning it to try an Insignia model that looks to be a bit deeper/bigger.

Bought this fridge as an open-box item, it was a little scuffed on the panel but that hasn't stopped it this far. Holds temp well with plenty of space. We mainly use it for storing our pre-prepped lunches, drinks, and the bottom basket for our meat thawing. Content with our purchase and hopeful that it will last.

Very good refrigerator. It is constantly cold throughout. No bells or whistles. I’m a little scared to load the shelves down because they bend. Also it definitely should have come with at least 1 more shelf. I’m trying to get two more shelves and in the 3 months I’ve had it I haven’t been able to find them. That’s frustrating, but overall great product.

This refrigerator is exactly what we needed and expected. The only negative thing is that the door hinge creaks and I haven’t figured out why.

I'm using as a beer fridge in my garage. This thing keeps very cold even in the hot & humid weather. I love this fridge!

Bought this for the Garage in my daughter's NY home. No provlem with the cold environment. It Works very well and we love the way the shelves are organized. Makes reaching for stuff so much easier.

Purchased for church. Works great. Lots of space..

The only thing I don’t like is the temp control on the outside of the door cause kids tend to mess with it. Also wish the shelves were not glass but wire shelves the glass seem to bow in middle of the stuff is too heavy.

I have had this Fridge for about a month now and so far it has lived up to expectations.
