Great freezer, cools very well and like the shelfs

Very pleased with the Frigidaire up-right freezer. It is huge and so easy to access all your stuff vs my chest freezer. It is well built. I like the fact that the controls are on the outside of the door, so they don't get covered by your food. The five shelfs make it more practical to store the food, instead of stacking too many things on top of each other. It cools great in the "Recommended" setting and in my opinion, no need to put it on more cold setting. It is very large, and the perfect size for my big family.

Large freezer. Great cooler. Appreciate the LED lights on the inside to see the contents in the dark garage. Had some minor issue attempting to level it because of the small amount of adjustment in the leveling screws. Got pretty close though. Placed a thermometer/hygrometer inside the freezer and turned it on at the middle temperature setting. Cooled fully in about 1.5 hours after initial installation. Temperature cycles every 1hr 25 min between about -8F and 0F. Relative humidity cycles on the same time interval as does the temperature, between about 40% and 50% with a spike at the time of maximum temperature (probably the defrost cycle).

Nice large freezer keeps food at a very low temperature. It took time to level it since our garage floor is not level but now the auto close door feature is vey much appreciated. The manufacturer has made a change to the glass shelves and they are very secure in their brackets. My next step is to add plastic bins to better organize the food.

Very nice freezer! Fits nicely where our old freezer was. Counter depth, factory settings keep everything very cold. Tons of space. Reversing the door swing was a little complicated because of the wiring in the door, but we got through it! Works great!

This is truly a great freezer!y my wife and I shopped the market comparing multiple options and this one stood out. I really like the strength of the racks — although they are glass they are very strong and currently holding an amount of meat that would bend wire racks. The freezer also looks amazing as well - get yourself the warranty for peace of mind but I’ve had it running for over a year now with zero issues or complaints

Old chest freezer could only hold two deer and some bonus meat and wanted something bigger and nicer looking! This chest freezer fit two big bodied Indiana bucks at the button and second to bottom shelf for organizing. All ground in the wire tub in the bottom and deer loin and jerk on second shelf. You could prob let shove a total of 6 deer or more in the freezer if you wanted too! Love it so far it’s only been a week but no more digging around and trying to stack stuff 10 high!

Delivery was right on time when the driver said they would arrive. The freezer is very spacious and love how the door is used for extra storage. I also would say it is very efficient as are as electrical usage. I would highly recommend this freezer!

Great storage with plenty of room and very efficient. It looks great and stacks the food in height on the door and interior. We can find what we are looking for!

All was well until the drivers left and I seen a dent in the front of the freezer. I contacted the customer support line, complete joke, which I was offered $100 gift card. The following day I noticed even more dents. Again, I contacted the customer support line. The call was disconnected several times. I finally went into the store and I was told by the manager, they could not assist since this was a delivery. The only option they had would be a return exchange. That was over a month ago. I am still waiting on my replacement and the gift card. You cannot speak to the store when you call the customer support line. This was my 1st and last purchase from Best Buy.
