I was able to easily store half a beef in this freezer and it has been functioning perfectly. I appreciate how nice the freezer looks, the door ajar alarm, and the other features. I recently had my power go out for a day and the freezer kept everything frozen solid.

Works great, but wish it was manual defrost and that I got the older and cheaper version with wire shelves and not glass. Frozen food slides everywhere, on glass. Door shelves could be a little deeper, can’t put 2 lbs of butter side by side, and nothing fits behind it. Won’t even hold box store size bacon on the door. But it works and suppose to save me on energy but it will have to prove that. Never had s self defrosting freezer before and not sure why anyone would.

Great freezer and frost free! Very pleased! I love the glass shelves -so sturdy for holding multiple bulk items. I'll never run out of ice cream again :)

Works very well. Rapid freeze is extremely useful as I often wrap dumplings and it helps the dumplings to freeze quicker and before the juice soaks into the wrap and become soggy. The diff spacing in the shelves are very handy for my batch cooking for soup broth

I have had the freezer for one month. So far, so good. No issues. It did get frost on the top initially, but we leveled the feet and had no more issues.

Gets very cold quickly! We paired it with the fridge of the same size and love the look of the two side by side. Also the doors can be configured to open on either side.

Seems to be a good freezer. I had it one position past the recommended setting and it froze the ice cream so hard that I had a difficult time getting it out of the box.

Bought this in Dec 2023, installed by Best Buy in Jan 2024. It is Nov 2025 and found this morning that the freezer interior is warm and all the food in it spoiled. We bought this specifically because it is supposed to have an audible alarm when warm or the door left open. No alarm warned us of any issues. Just ruined $500 worth of food. Spoke with Best Buy and their response was "regret to inform you" they won't fix it. Best Buy's customer service is as bad as this unit's quality.
