So far so good our other Frigidaire upright freezer lasted 13 years until the auto defrost feature quit working /freezer still worked though but we decided to buy a newer Energy Star model & its 3 cubit feet larger. We also got it on sale as well.

I like that this is 20 cu. ft. It is bigger than my old freezer. BUT, I loved my old freezer. The new freezers don't have locks. Hate that none of them have locks. I don't like the basket in this freezer. Cannot hold as much food as my old freezer did. Do really like that it has so many shelves on the door.

So far so good, lots of room. I have a chest freezer which is hard to get to the bottom of. I am loving my up-right! So easy to see and reach everything and know what I have!

It’s only been about a month since I had the freezer but it’s doing fine sitting in my garage - it keeps my stuff frozen solid - just as it’s supposed to! If it lasts as long as our families previous home freezer (I really hope it lasts the same 50 years w/o a failure!) - it will outlive me!!

The freezer works great, as expected. The delivery was prompt, the delivery guys easy to work with, courteous and efficient. Very happy with this purchase.

I was super disappointed with this purchase. The first delivery was damaged on the side. Then I had to wait another week for another delivery. The second freezer was worse than the first. The door was totally messed up with a horrible dent. My husband asked the delivery guys to switch doors with the product being returned. They did this for us and then brought in the second freezer. Upon further inspection the side of the 2nd freezer was also dented! This has been a mess. When I purchase a product I anticipate receiving the product in good condition since I am purchasing and paying for something new. This has not been a good buying experience.

Replaced a non-self-defrost freezer in the garage with this. Best choice for our needs, self-defrost and enough capacity for 2 people. Upright makes it easy to find what you want w/o a lot of digging around.

i ordered freezer the delivery was on time it had dent in front the drivers was extremely nice and courteous called best buy to tell them of dent they payed me a check for the defect the freezer itself works like a charm i am satisfied

We are very happy w our new Frigidaire freezer. We was sad to have to replace our old one after 22 years!! Yep, it lasted that long thru 3 moves too! So we had to get another Frigidaire.

Haven't had the freezer long enough to evaluate it but certainly can evaluate delivery, set up, and subsequent customer service issues. The delivery guys were on time and placed it where it was supposed to go. But then started breaking off shelf clips thinking they were supposed to. They didn't look at the product book. So after they left I started reading the book to find that the shelf clips are needed. So I called Geek Squad immediately to tell them what had just happened since I had the 5year plan and paid for delivery and set up. The first woman at customer service was too cheerful, if you know what I mean. She said I receive the replacement clips in 2 days. She never gave me a confirmation number or who the shipper was. 3 days later I called again. The next 2 people I spoke with I couldn't understand them . English was not their first language. So 5 days after delivery I went back out to Best Buy and and spoke with a nice very young kid who was in over his head with this siltation. So I went to the Manager on duty that morning and he was not able to offer any type of action to rectify the situation or assist his employee. All he could do is stand and guard the front door. The young kid did finally get someone in customer service on the phone at Geek Squad that I could talk to. She said none of the previous 3 people actually placed the order for the replacement shelf clips. And, that it would be another week before I might get them. 6 little plastic shelf clips that could be put in a Fed X envelop and overnighted to me so I could get my frozen food into my new freezer; which is what the first woman said she was going to do. I asked this last person why she couldn't just spend $25 dollars to get them to me and she simply said they can't do that. I have not received any communications regarding the shelf clips since, although I did get an email with a service number listed which doesn't tell me what is going on with this issue.
