Best experience I have had with ordering a product over the phone and having it delivered. I was so very happy with the entire process and will definately use Best Buy again for any future needs that they provide.

I have had freezer for almost a year now. It basically is a good freezer but my biggest complaint is the shelves are too short which cuts back on useable freezer space. The 18 yr old freezer it replaced is same cu ft but had full size shelves and held a lot more!

This is by far one of the worst freezer's i've ever owned. The heater has gone out twice in the last 8 month's i've owned it. It kept building up with frost and the heater won't do anything about it to remove it.
I've called Frigidaire twice, both times They'd send a third party technician to come out and replace it. It took over 10 days to get an appointment, 2 weeks for parts, and another week to come back out to fix it.
A freezer should not go bad within 1 year of ownership. I've wasted several hundred of dollars worth of food trying to get this fixed.
