The freezer was a week overdue getting to the store. Got the freezer home and it had a big scratch and dent in the door. Specifically bought this item for the door alarm that it said it had and it didn’t have one. Returned it back to the store same day.

Now waiting on that refund they tell me I'm getting. Guess I'll be holding my butt up a long time it seems,,

Just started having problems 3 months ago, the green light blinking and it not getting colder than my refrigerators. They sent a technician through the warranty and he "fixed" it. But the same issue occurred days later. We rescheduled a technician through the warranty, and they simply didn't show up. We call back and they schedule again. They didn't show up. Turns out they assigned the ticket to a company that doesn't service our area, so they simply cancelled the service order. Thankfully we have other freezers in the house or we would have lost a year's worth of beef and chicken.
