Nice large freezer keeps food at a very low temperature. It took time to level it since our garage floor is not level but now the auto close door feature is vey much appreciated. The manufacturer has made a change to the glass shelves and they are very secure in their brackets. My next step is to add plastic bins to better organize the food.

Love this freezer so much I now own 2 and bought one for my son. The space the, glass shelves, the even cooling and freezing. Makes my life so easier.

Maintains correct temperature; like the bright light when door is opened. Would like for shelves to have an edge at the front to preclude items falling when door is opened

Terrific freezer. It’s quiet. Haven’t heard the alarm yet and hopefully won’t. The controls are easy to use and intuitive. The light on the door is visible without being glaring. It’s nice when they’re not annoyingly bright at night. We were worried about things falling out since the shelves are straight but that’s where we put the flat stuff and it does terrific. Love the shelves in the door for smaller, quick items like frozen veggie bags and rolls of sausage etc. if we ever need another we’ll get another one of these and put Them side by side.

The freezer is great and it holds so much food. It was delivered on time and the old one was taken away for a reasonable price. The only trouble we had was changing the handle. My husband is very handy so he thought it would be a snap, but the bolt that he had to take off for the change was on so tied he ended up breaking it, he had to replace it so that meant a trip to the hardware store. After getting it together again part of it did not go on as it should so now there is a pop every time we open and close it. Hopefully, he can fix that too. And if you plan to change the handle, you have to lay the freezer down because of the hose/cord that connects to the temperature control on the front of the freezer. Overall it is a great freezer so far, just wish we would have the tech change the handle.

Love it! The lighting is bright, and the door bins fits all my vegetables. The shelves allow for baskets which enable me to separate chicken, beef, etc. The shelves are wide enough to fit frozen pizza, lasagnas, and large items. The bottom basket holds bags of fish fillets, french fries, chicken wings, etc. Love it!

Love this Upright Freezer. Love the temperature control is on the front. Lots of space

We replaced another freezer that we had owned for nearly 20 years. After researching various upright freezers, we found the Frigidaire 20.0 cu. ft appropriate for our use. We are very pleased with our purchase. Our only regret is that the bottom bin would be better if it was divided into two bins rather than one larger bin.

I didn't really need a large freezer such as this, but I seem to have filled it up. I like the glass shelves and the ability to move them depending on the height of freezer products. So far, it is working out well.

While I like the size, love the door storage, and it fits nicely... It is LOUD. Both the fridge and Freezer have these moments that sound like a freight train rolling through my kitchen. Not constant, but intermittent. Ugh. Servicing new appliances just gets my goat.

Great size and quality deep freeze. Keeps food frozen to exact temperature. It’s a little hard to open the door due to the tight suction. Best Buy delivery is always on time and courteous employees.
