Picked this freezer because of the brand. Wanted something that would last years. Well, the problems started right away. Freezer had trouble maintaining a constant temperature, but it was always below zero...until it wasn't. The operating temperature, even on the coldest setting, slowly started climbing. 5 degrees, then 10 degrees, the 15. It is currently running at 19 degrees with a couple of instances where it reached 30 triggering the high temp alarm. Called Fridgedaire and they sent a local tech out who diagnosed two, yes two, bad boards. Freezer is only 3 months old, but we had temp control issues on day 1. Parts are on order. So we wait. The freezer is gorgeous...I just wish it worked correctly.

Quit working after only a few months while full of food. Fan sounds like a lawnmower. Very disappointing.

We've been pleased with the freezer so far. It maintains a stable temperature, is quiet, and has the opportunity to add a shelve or two, if the user so desires. We ordered an extra shelf for the freezer, and Frigidaire was very helpful in sending the additional shelving through Electrolux Co. The price of the freezer was acceptable, and Best Buy has the type of extended warranty that we were looking for. We're looking forward to a good operational lifespan from this appliance. And would purchase it again if the need arises.

Great addition to my garage. I have a refrigerator in the garage and a freezer that’s smaller than this one but upright. We also had a chest freezer that was small. Chest freezers don’t work for me because it’s like stuff gets lost in there! I like this freezer a lot. It’s well lit. It has clear shelves. It has different sizes so that you can put different things in different areas it has Shelves inside the door. It’s a nice slate gray color. It stays clean instead of being white and having to be scrubbed. So far it’s worked like a charm. It even has a little thermometer type indicator on the front in the center of the door. Very happy with this purchase.

Love this freezer so much I now own 2 and bought one for my son. The space the, glass shelves, the even cooling and freezing. Makes my life so easier.

I love my Frigidaire freezer. The height allows more freezer space. It looks so sexy! I know its crazy to call a freezer that. The look dicated my laundry room. Everyone loves it. So much space inside and runs quietly.

Description was on point, working just fine no issues. Handled the summer heat like a champ and kept food perfectly frozen.

Maintains correct temperature; like the bright light when door is opened. Would like for shelves to have an edge at the front to preclude items falling when door is opened

Terrific freezer. It’s quiet. Haven’t heard the alarm yet and hopefully won’t. The controls are easy to use and intuitive. The light on the door is visible without being glaring. It’s nice when they’re not annoyingly bright at night. We were worried about things falling out since the shelves are straight but that’s where we put the flat stuff and it does terrific. Love the shelves in the door for smaller, quick items like frozen veggie bags and rolls of sausage etc. if we ever need another we’ll get another one of these and put Them side by side.

This is a great product. The glass shelves and clear door shelves make finding everything fast and easy. It so quiet you never hear it running at all. I would definitely recommend this item

I cannot speak to the reliability or longevity of this appliance. I've only had the thing a little over a month. As with most appliances, this is the key metric on which they are looking for, but unfortunately I cannot answer this most important question. It's a Large Freezer that, so far, keeps my food frozen. It has adjustable shelves and lots of space on the door too. (Which is nice) My only con so far is the door is not easy to tell if it is closed fully. I have to check to make sure that the door is shut fully. I have found that it is easy to think you closed the freezer door, but it is not fully sealed and needs to be pushed tight. I have this installed in my Garage which is well insulated and pretty clean, so it is not in the extreme heat or cold and not lots of dust or dirt to interfere with the operation of the unit. The Freezer sits next to a 20 year old Fridge/Freezer that has worked flawlessly all that time. I am hopeful this freezer will give me half the reliability as that fridge. I was in need of more freezer storage space and this has come in very handy. Remains to be seen how this will hold up, but so far so good.

The freezer is great and it holds so much food. It was delivered on time and the old one was taken away for a reasonable price. The only trouble we had was changing the handle. My husband is very handy so he thought it would be a snap, but the bolt that he had to take off for the change was on so tied he ended up breaking it, he had to replace it so that meant a trip to the hardware store. After getting it together again part of it did not go on as it should so now there is a pop every time we open and close it. Hopefully, he can fix that too. And if you plan to change the handle, you have to lay the freezer down because of the hose/cord that connects to the temperature control on the front of the freezer. Overall it is a great freezer so far, just wish we would have the tech change the handle.

Have had one month. Pleased with size, shelves and lighting. Added baskets to the shelves for better storage customization. Delivery folks were great

I needed an Upright Freezer in a hurry. I went to Best Buy and they had one on the floor. So far it has wooked perfectly.

It cools beautifully, didn’t take long for the food to freeze and it is very quiet
