This freezer is working perfect in our garage. And it is saving us money on our electric bill too!

I didn't really need a large freezer such as this, but I seem to have filled it up. I like the glass shelves and the ability to move them depending on the height of freezer products. So far, it is working out well.

This upright freezer is very well designed and spacious from inside. Also the cooling system is very good and has no issues. I would highly recommend this product.

I HAVEN'T HAD IT VERY LONG BUT I'M VERY PLEASED WITH IT.

Can't complain too much; wish it had a sliding basket like my old frigidaire did.

Frigidaire 20 cu ft upright freezer is excellent. It is more energy efficient than our previous freezer. I would have preferred wire shelving over the glass but that wasn't an option.

I excellent garadge ready freezer. Very roomy and looks great in my garage too.

This freezer is aesthetically pleasing and has done a great job of keeping our items frozen and fresh. However just after a year of owning it, the front temperature unit is broken and has to be replaced. We cannot control the temperature. Thank goodness it is still cold enough to keep our meat frozen or everything would have been lost.

We are very pleased with our freezer purchase. We had been looking for a large freezer and the price was great.

Freezer is find. When it arrived it had a large scratch in it. I was given a credit. When I got my bill the credit was not on the bill. Had to spend 40 minutes to fix the error.

Received the fridge and expertly delivered by the Logistics company. The freezer itself is nice and has a magnet front and side - nice to know because an LG fridge we purchased did not have a magnetic front - couldn't use magnets! The freezer itself chills fast and the boost button is wonderful. I am, however, giving the freezer two stars because the one I received was manufactured incorrectly. The seals around the door are fine but wires and electronics on the bottom of the door are hanging below and can be pinched by the door itself. Opening and closing of this freezer will eventually wear the cables. I tried stuffing in the cables but they fell out. Additionally, the control touch panel on the front also popped out by merely closing the door. It was like this since initially unboxing the fridge. It can be popped in but does not maintain itself in the fridge door. Unbelievable for a fridge costing nearly a thousand dollars. The build quality on the one I received is something akin to a "store brand" fridge put together by a lesser company. The fridge isn't that deep (which is great!) because it can be put in relatively shallow spaces. When I initially called in to have the freezer replaced after being one day old, the Agent wanted me to call Frigidaire for a service call - unaccepted. I had to call three different numbers before I was able to have a return generated and a new freezer sent. I spent closer to an hour making phone calls. I miss the Best Buy of previous years were things were guaranteed and customers were a priority.

Love the Freezer. Rolls easily. Highly recommend. It freezes evenly from top to bottom.

Works great, but wish it was manual defrost and that I got the older and cheaper version with wire shelves and not glass. Frozen food slides everywhere, on glass. Door shelves could be a little deeper, can’t put 2 lbs of butter side by side, and nothing fits behind it. Won’t even hold box store size bacon on the door. But it works and suppose to save me on energy but it will have to prove that. Never had s self defrosting freezer before and not sure why anyone would.

We like the look of the new freezer, and appreciate the extra space.
