It took weeks to repair the first time. Now a horrible run around with Frigidaire and Sears Appliance repair! I do NOT recommend this item!

Posted .That sounds incredibly frustrating—losing food once is bad enough, but twice? That’s a huge inconvenience and a waste of money. I can’t imagine how stressful it must be to deal with all the back-and-forth between Frigidaire and Sears Appliance repair, especially when it’s already been a long wait for the first repair.

I no longer have to search for something at the bottom of a chest freezer that is several years old and frozen solid. This freezer has a simple yet effective storage shelves with a bin at the bottom for small/loose stuff. It simply is a life saver for families to easily see what's needed and what's in supply. Freezer is good quality, easy to setup and quiet!

I had just arrived home from the hospital where my husband had a heart attack. It was after 5 PM and when I opened the garage door, water was flowing from my stand-up garage freezer and I had just filled it with over $1000 in frozen food. I called Lowes and Home Depot to see if they could get me a replacement freezer that evening. I called Best Buy and the contact said that they did not have anything in stock. After being turned down by all, I saw a block on my screen that gave me the number of the Best Buy agent and I called him. I told him my story and he said if I could pick it up, he had a Frigidaire that had been returned. I got my son in Fallbrook to come pick it up and my food was saved. God bless that agent!! I love it!

I believe it will be a great product for years to come. It took us awhile to move everything from one freezer to another, and some items were beginning to thaw. It re-froze them solid in very little time and saved us a great deal of money.
