It has not failed us and we are super pleased. The quality is great with the exception of the door shelves. They have a flexable thin plastic that holds food on the shelf; I can see them being a "breakable" problem over the years, but I could wrong. Only time will tell. As for now we are super pleased.

Awesome upright

It was taller than I expected and I love to be able to see everything in the freezer. Plus you can lock it and comes with a key. I owned a deep freezer before and food items got lost and hidden deep into the freezer which after a spell was frosted and old, therefore had to be thrown out and what a waste.
