Frigidaire’s customer service is one of the worst. I was on hold for an hour multiple times till I was able to talk to anyone. They said it takes 3 business days to set up a service. A week later a service guy comes out and says it’s a bad compressor. A month later he calls and comes out to fix it but says it’s too cold in the garage to work on it. A month later he calls and says he’s ready to try again . He got it working and by the next day the unit stopped working again. I called him multiple times and no answer. So I call Frigidaire again, wait an hour To talk to someone and they basically start the whole process over again. I demanded they send me a new freezer and they say that’s not protocol. The unit has to be deemed unrepairable. So here I am 2 months later after it stopped working with no freezer and no closer to a resolution. Spend the extra money on a quality brand. Don’t spend your hard earned money on this junk. What makes it even worse is the customer service.

This is the one we wanted originally anyway but it was not available when we placed the order. It is installed in our garage, so the little noise it does, all freezers make noises, does not bother us. I like the fact that the seal is very tight. I recommend.
