we’ve had this freezer now for about 3 weeks. Zero complaints. LOTS of storage space, good number of shelves (inside and on the door), love the light (our previous model didn’t have one), and after purchasing as a scratch and dent model, EXCELLENT value!

We had originally purchased this freezer to replace the one in the garage that had broken. When we finally got it, we were happy to see that it will end up holding more than we even had in the first place! It’s great for our needs!

This freezer is a great buy. Have had absolutely no problems at all. When plugged in, it started cooling instantly, and the temperature it maintains even in a hot garage is perfect. Am totally pleased with this product.

I love the freezer. Could use an additional shelf and a basket for the bottom. That said, it's been a great freezer. Couldn't give it 5 stars because I only had it for 3 weeks or so when the bulb went out. Only problem I've had so far. Still have to find a replacement bulb.

I bought this fridge at $599. It is a good Freeer and can hold a lot of stuff in it. We keep in garage and so not a big deal of all the noise it makes. It doesn't have temperature meter in the front. But part from the above, it is working great for us. I had another Frigidaire and got this one and so no complains

Freezer was delivered when scheduled. The delivery people did a nice job with the set-up and hauled away our old freezer. The new freezer looks good and seems to be performing well. It is an Energy Star so it should be more efficient than the old freezer.

When my wife's 16.8 cu/ft freezer went out I was looking for one at the same size for a good price. Best Buy had this 20.2 cu/ft one on sale at the time and it has tons of space. We ordered an additional shelf but other than that it's great.

Bought while on sale over the holidays at a very good price.This is a pretty big freezer with plenty of shelf and door storage for pretty much anything you'd care to freeze.Quieter than I expected.I expect this will last a long time.

My only complaint is that the vacuum seal to open is hard to overcome with hands loaded even though I am a capable and hardy individual. Rack space is fine. Love the door storage for loose articles. We use it 5 times or more a week.

We recently ordered two of these for our bakery. They are light weight and easy to move (when empty) we had them delivered. The delivery guys were extremely nice. We put it together with ease and didn't even need to read the instructions.

This large Freezer has plenty of room for storage, without having to cram stuff in. Efficient Freezing and works fine in my Florida Garage where it gets quite hot. Side walls of Freezer stay warm as they are supposed to do.

With our rrevious freezer, when we closed the door, we could hear the air being pulled out of the freezer compartment - Not loud, but it was there. When we close the door with this freezer, there is a loud whistle coming from the back of the freezer. Spent a little while yesterday moving the contents of our side-by-side freezer into this one. We didn't have the door open long, maybe a minute each time - maybe 10 times... By the time I was done, the whistling sound turned into a very loud gurgling noise. Somehow, I find it hard to believe this is normal.

They dumped it, still in it's box in the middle of the garage and were planning on just leaving it like that. This freezer is HUGE. I had them move it to where it will be plugged in, and then had to ask them to unpack it and take the package away. Even then they left it standing on the bottom packaging and it's still like that now. I have no idea how they thought I would be able to do that on my own. They spoke no English so the whole thing was just difficult.

This is a basic freezer that seems to be working fine. I do believe that it is slightly loud but I have it located in my garage and it does not bother me. If it was in an area that was used extensively, it might be an issue.

Looked at several sites and the reviews before purchasing this freezer while on sale. Works well and we are satisfied. Would have liked it to have a pull out drawer like our older freezer had (another brand) - thought interior pictures showed one but apparently only on some versions.

We are very happy with our Frigidaire freezer. It works well, and it has a beautiful white outer serface. The inside light gives great illumination to all the shelves. Controls are easy to reach as well. I recommend it.

The only problem we have found is that door seals extremely tight and makes a noise. Some people have already complained about the noise but I understand being an upright freezer you want a good door seal. The noise stops after a few seconds.

This frost free freezer has been an excellent choice. The delivery person unboxed the freezer, plugged it in and it hasn't skipped a beat. I've realized major power savings after replacing my thirty year old freezer.

We just love this freezer. We bought it to meal plan. We plan to freeze some of our favorite casseroles and soups for the winter. It is easy to keep your food organized and categorized by type. Worth every penny.
