Don't like the smooth finish on the door as it already had a small dent on when delivered. The smooth finish also shows fingerprints. The door is so tight my wife can't open.

Posted .Hello, Deluz! I can imagine your concern! When the freezer door is opened, warm air rushes in-side. When you close the door, all the warm air rushes to the evaporator which causes a vacuum. This will cause the door to be hard to open for about 10 to 15 seconds after closing. To wash the fingerprints away, wipe the cabinet with warm water and a mild liquid detergent. Rinse well and wipe dry with a
