I paid for a company to diagnose the freezer. We were told that the freezer was not fixable and needed to be replaced. I called Frigidaire customer service and was told that there’s noting they can do for me. I would not recommend this freezer.

Dead 2 months out of warranty

Lost a ton of meat and now I get to decide whether to pay full price to repair a defective unit or trash it and find a manufacturer who stands behind their product.

DOOR IS HARD TO OPEN

THE WHOLE FREEZER COMES FORWARD AND LITERALLY HAVE TO REALLY PULL HARD. THE SIDES OF THE FREEZER GIT SOOO HOT IT ALMOST BURNED MY HAND, I UNPLUGGED IT IMMEDIATELY AND WILL BE RETURNING IT ASAP. WILL TRY ANOTHER BRAND.
