Fit the space needed and capacity is good for need.

Nice layout for shelves.Should have come with one more door bin. I had get one, first thing I did.

Has plenty of space to store everything you wants, Has soft freeze zone for things like ice cream.

I would give it a 5 star rating, but it is a "little" loud when running.

would recommend the product and that it should be purchased from Best Buy

We bought this based on reviews here and on other web sites. Downsizing our refrigerator/freezer, but out in the country we wanted extra freezer storage and this unit more than fit the bill. Unit has been in the garage, set at -2 degrees F, and has held steady since purchase 3 months ago. External temperature indicator (digital) was a must and, though I have not checked it's accuracy (no doubt I will at some point), I have no doubt that it is at least close (food is frozen 'rock solid'). Have not yet gone through a summer with it in the garage.

We have only had it for a couple months and have totally filled it. We moved to a new place and getting to the store is not easy. This freezer is so easy to orginize. Our old freezer was a coffin and worked for years. But it was a pain to dig for the food you needed. Often we would forget about food at the bottom and it would go bad. That won't wappen with this new freezer.

This freezer is truly a frost free. Operates really quietly in my lower level. The amount of room inside is amazing. Easy to organize your stuff in the freezer and get to. The LED lighting is a plus. I owned a GE Chest Freezer and after 15 years, it was time to upgrade to a Frost-Free Freezer.

Works great. Easy to monitor inside temp with electronic face. Seal makes it hard to open if u just closed it but that prevents kids from opening repeatedly. Only issue was the face numbers went out after 7yrs but a quick part change, took 2min, and back to new! Thanks

Purchased FFFH21F6QW Frigidare Freezer July 2016 to replace Sears Kenmore Elite model no 253 28092801. This freezer holds more and is great for my needs as I freeze everything. Has been working perfectly. I saved the baskets and door bins from my old Kenmore Elite Sears model above which fit perfectly. I prefer to use two wire baskets from sears model as for me they are easier to clean. Now I have 3 baskets (one from old freezer-- one for veggies, one for meat and overflow, one for fowl and fish) but don't know how to secure the 3rd basket as it has no stops to keep it from coming all the way out. Plenty of room left for my cooked food Mason jars and containers and box/packages from stores. If interested, I have more door bins than I can use and also have two extra large and small baskets, and extra pizza shelf.

My old Frigidaire freezer stopped working and I needed a new one asap. I upgraded to this one because of the extra 'pizza' shelf. I need as much space as possible. I was disappointed when I went to put in my food and found this freezer to be much smaller on the inside than my other freezer that was the same cubic feet. The walls of this freezer are very thick and take up valued interior space. I will make it work, but am disappointed for the price I paid.

Great freezer everything I expected and more i would recommend to a friend

Bought this 7 months ago as a replacement for an old freezer that still worked but was too small now. Wishing now that I had gone with the same manufacturer (kenmore) of my old freezer but went with frigidaire since they are suposed to be good products. Well 7 months later and my very expensive freezer has stopped freezing; lights work, outside controls light up, but doesn't freeze anymore even after unplugging and plugging back in, turning temperature down, still nothing. Called for service and was told the earliest they can come is 4 days from now; so now it's 4 days of melting/thawing food going to waste and stinking up the freezer.
