The made sure all the material from the new Refrigerator was removed, leveled it and removed my old one without any issues. Top notch young men!

It’s the second time I’ve purchased the same one. Lots of space. My only complaint is the door shelving which is cheaply made and not attached solidly to door. You shouldn’t put a lot of weight on the door shelves. They have a tendency break or detach and send all your stuff to the floor.

However, the door doesn’t “close” by itself. It will stay open unless you push it hard enough to seal. Most refrigerators will close all the way if you just nudge it to shut. Also, the refrigerator emits a high-pitched buzzing sound when it turns on.

Please tilt the front of the appliance back to allow gravity to pull the doors closed. Also, try wiping the gaskets down to help seal the doors to the cabinet. Trouble within 2 years
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This refrigerator was delivered 12/21/2023 and it's 5/13/2025 and the door doesn't stay closed. Called Best buy to come take a look, paid $135 for a diagnostic and was like told I need a new seal and a new door, costing a little more that $600 in repairs. I was flabbergasted. Not even two years old and the repairs are particularly the same price as the refrigerator. Needless to say I did not agree to the repairs and will not be asking Best buy to install or deliver anything else for me as that possibly could be the issue and not the refrigerator but who knows.
