This frigerator is totally not cooling at all. I have purchased 5 years warranty so I call Best Buy total Tech to fix it. They come and check it but they won't repair it due to compressor problem and I have to deal with Frigidaire myself now. Extremely frustrated!

I needed a secondary fridge, and wanted to buy Frigidaire since I have had one for almost 20 years and it is still working great, but my recent purchase was a big disappointment. The fridge had a little dent on the back panel, and had been releasing strong chemical / acetone odor when was plugged in. I exchanged it for the same model, thinking it would be better, but the second fridge had the same problem, even a bigger dent on the freezer panel and even stronger chemical odor. I exchanged it again. Frigidaire company started manufacturing low quality fridges. Thank you Best Buy for great exchange policy and for accommodating my returns.

Not stainless steel

When it arrived I was very shocked when I saw it had black instead of grey on the sides. It looked cheap to me and wasn’t what I expected in a stainless steel refrigerator so I returned it.

I recieved a defective freezer door and have been getting ignored in my request for a replacement part "we will call you back X day" and no call or messages. Fridge was not inspected before arrival and the installers even stated it was clearly a defective part. While being ignored by the returns and replacement parts department I am unable to use the freezer portion of the refrigerator as it can not maintain temperature. This issue has been going on for weeks with no resolution and being lied to over the phone repeatedly.

Item was boxed, so it must have been damaged in shipping. Now awaiting a swap and it will be another 2.5 weeks before that is accomplished.
