Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've heard Frigidaire is good brand name, so we purchased the fridge during black Friday sale 2022, it's been delivered on Dec 21, 2022, we thought it's a good brand name, so we didn't test it until Jan 14, 2023. BUT it's totally broken. Called Best Buy for return, they sent technician instead on Jan 18, 2023, and said they can't fix it, we can only deal with manufacturer, since we passed the return window. I called Frigidaire hotline on Jan 19, one of their dealer/technician came on Jan 24 morning, said it's sealed system issue, need to order parts. We didn't buy refurbished item, totally not accepted, so I called the hotline again on Jan 24 afternoon, spoke with supervisor , Sharon, after a long hours conversation, she said she will extend the warranty in such case, we have no choice but fix it. Finally, fridge is fixed this morning (Feb 1) and I called the hotline again in the afternoon to see how to reconfirm the warranty extension, the lady kept telling me to call before the warranty expiration, which is Nov 2023, and hung up on me!!! Seriously, I've been waiting for 45 mins and finally speak to an agent, she refused to give me her name, nor honored the promise, but hung up on me!!! NEVER buy Frigidaire, it is NOT a good brand name anymore!!!
