Best Buy ever! It’s slender enough to fit through regular door. No bulky door handles; and the wide deli tray is a definite favorite! All deli items seen at a glance! All tempered glass shelves ( including freezer) adjustable. I love all the features!

I am usually very happy with my purchases from Best Buy including appliances. I had been excited to receive this fridge but in-person, it was weird and disappointing. I wish I would have gone in to see it in-person instead of ordering it based on what I saw online. I did not like this refrigerator for several reasons (I returned it and decided to fix my old fridge for which I have a new found appreciation).
- First, the configuration simply felt weird. The storage areas on the door were huge. They would be perfect for someone who goes through many gallons of milk in a week. But it wasn't an effective use of space for smaller cartons or to secure condiments upright. There was more freezer space than I expected and less refrigerator space. The shelf in the freezer was placed at a height that didn't seem conducive for storing frozen items.
- I noticed that one of the crisper drawers wasn't sliding well. I took it out and noticed one wheel missing and the other broken.
- After taking out the drawer, I saw that my hand had a clear slime on it. I found more of it in the fridge (I assume it was a lubricant for the drawers to slide but there was an excess amount of it).
- I was also left with some pieces I needed to figure out where to install myself.
- Lastly, I thought the doors were supposed to close easily but I needed to give an extra nudge.
I will say that Best Buy provided great and friendly customer service for the return.
Lesson learned: Even if you research the product online, go to see it in-person and work with a salesperson to ensure is what you want and had envisioned.
* I didn't think to take pictures of the freezer and door because I was more concerned with the broken and missing piece at the time.

Excellent delivery, It’s was unpacked quickly and carefully. The Frigidaire refrigerator nothing like the other two GE refrigerators.
The refrigerator was leveled as required by the installer. The front levelers design was superior to the one found on the two GE refrigerators. Both GE units had defective levelers.
Found interior layout of the freezer and refrigerator excellent. It didn’t take long on the freezer to reach temperature set.
Had one extra part left over from the installation. What is the part for? See photo.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. To begin with, I had to change the door to open from the opposite side. The manual had very clear and detailed precise instructions on how to do this. I was able to complete the process in about an hour by myself with no assistance from anyone. And the door works perfectly from the other side now.
The refrigerator runs perfectly so far. It is very quiet and there are no strange noises coming from it. I have it set on the recommended temperature setting for both the freezer and the refrigerator. Everything in the freezer is frozen solid and the freezer holds much more than I thought it would. The temperature setting is perfect for the refrigerator also and again it holds more than I thought it would. I adjusted one of the shelves in the refrigerator and also the one in the freezer and that was very easy to do. The door shelves are really large and hold a lot of large containers. I am very pleased with that. And I love that there are no handles that stick out as I have a small galley kitchen.

Where to begin?! Worst purchase we made in 2023 and worst customer service with Frigidaire. We purchased in June 2023 and by March 2024 we came home to a completely defrosted fridge and freezer with over $400 worth of groceries needing to be thrown out. I call Frigidaire, on hold for over an hour, finally speak to an agent who tells me to troubleshoot it, I told her I already did, I ask to please schedule a technician to come out and she said not until you troubleshoot it. So I troubleshooted it again and it did start cooling again so she did not schedule a technician to identify the problem.
Fast forward to May 2024, I open the freezer to grab my son a popsicle and low and behold the same issue happened again. This time $600 worth of groceries completely destroyed and needing to be thrown out since the fridge and freezer defrosted at such a fast rate and were not safe to eat. I call Frigidaire 3 times and finally get a hold of an agent. He told me the previous agent was incorrect and a technician should’ve come out even if the troubleshooting worked. He scheduled for someone to come out the next day, a technician from a 3rd party company called RR repair. We await the technician, Imran, to arrive the following day and he finally showed up. He took no more than 5 minutes opening the freezer then the fridge door to only LOOK at it saying he needed to order parts that would arrive in 3-5 days. I call RR repair every day during the week asking for an update which the information continues to change and my follow up timeline keeps getting pushed. I finally demand for someone to come at the time that was promised to me so they arranged for someone to come Friday (a week later since the last technician). This was a different technician named Janson who looked at the fridge and said his coworker ordered parts that weren’t necessary. (So now I’m realizing I’ve had a broken fridge for a week and awaiting parts for no reason???) He did not identify the issue while at my house. He claims the issue is something else and we need a new fridge and he will call later after he’s followed up with Frigidaire. He did not call back later so I called him for an update and he said he would call Frigidaire since apparently they had not called him back. He calls me back to say it’s too late in the day to do anything and nothing can be done to find out the issue until Monday (but why he left without finding out the issue to begin with?! I’ll never know…). My husband was back and forth with RR repair trying to come up with a solution before the weekend but they were zero help.
Fast forward to today, Monday, I did get a call from Janson who said Frigidaire is having him buy a tool to keep track of the temps of the fridge and if the temp reads check out then “nothing is wrong with the fridge”… An answer that is unacceptable for a fridge that isn’t even a year old. I suspect this repair technician is being lazy and can’t identify the problem AND Frigidaire is trying to buy time until our warranty is up on June 23rd so when it breaks again they won’t need to deal with it. I’ve currently been on hold with Frigidaire for 64 minutes trying to speak with someone to get this sorted out.
LONG story short. Do not buy this fridge or any Frigidaire appliances. Their customer service is lacking tremendously, their third party companies they contract out are apathetic, and we are still stuck with a lemon of a fridge we paid $700 for and have lost $1000 worth of groceries in 2 months time. Just don’t do it and buy literally anything else.

I waited and saved money for 14 years to buy an energy efficient refrigerator, and this one was worth the wait. I love it! It's beautiful, very quiet, spacious and holds the Energy Star designation. The delivery personnel were amazing. They were professional, thorough, clean, and very polite. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase from Best Buy.

Very happy with this refrigerator. It does the job quietly and has enough space for our 3 member family.
It is stainless steel but not fingerprint less. So frequent wipe is required if you need a fine finish look all the time

Best I can say is it’s relatively quiet! Fine as a spare frig for drinks, etc. As a daily everyday use the inside is totally inadequate. No shelf in freezer. Wire shelves inside w/o deli drawer.
Worst is the sharp pointed door edges that have cut or stabbed my hand numerous times. Thankfully I have option to return!

Original unit delivered in January. Freezer stopped working after 2 days. Refrigerator portion quit after 42 days. No fix until April. Lasted 26 days. Lost $480 of product. Best Buy took no responsibility. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

Freezer doesn't have a light which is slightly annoying. The blue protective film/cover was a pain in the butt to remove and there still are some small pieces I have yet to get off.

Inherent design flaws, insufficient cooling

Terrible refrigerator. Avoid.
Also, the 2-week return window by BestBuy is insufficient for such a thing.
We noticed that the freezer was often ajar and thawed. Took nearly a week to realize it wasn't us leaving it open accidentally, but that ANY time the lower door is closed, the compressed air from the door shape blows the freezer door open a half-inch, where it stays without closing, defrosting everything. Finally I put velcro tape on it to stop this... unsightly velcro tape on a brand new appliance.
But this had obscured the real problem until after the return window from BBuy. Which is that the freezer won't freeze. It'll make ice cubes on the bottom shelf which gets to 32 degrees with all the thermostats set to max cold. But the upper shelf is at 38 and the stuff in the freezer door is at 42F. So all the meats and veggies are mush, the ice cream is soup. On a new appliance. Apparently now we need to schedule "manufacturer's support" and I don't have high hopes, because it's a piece of junk out of the box.
Just don't buy this, and if you have even a whiff of trouble from any major appliance, get it returned in the 2-week BBuy return window.
Time was, Frigidaire was a decent brand name, I'm sure some firm bought it and is now cranking out cheap stuff meant to only last a short time.
