Great refrigerator with lots of space. This one knocks my socks off on all the room it offers compared to my old one the same size. Love it!

Original unit delivered in January. Freezer stopped working after 2 days. Refrigerator portion quit after 42 days. No fix until April. Lasted 26 days. Lost $480 of product. Best Buy took no responsibility. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

Freezer doesn't have a light which is slightly annoying. The blue protective film/cover was a pain in the butt to remove and there still are some small pieces I have yet to get off.

Terrible refrigerator. Avoid. Also, the 2-week return window by BestBuy is insufficient for such a thing. We noticed that the freezer was often ajar and thawed. Took nearly a week to realize it wasn't us leaving it open accidentally, but that ANY time the lower door is closed, the compressed air from the door shape blows the freezer door open a half-inch, where it stays without closing, defrosting everything. Finally I put velcro tape on it to stop this... unsightly velcro tape on a brand new appliance. But this had obscured the real problem until after the return window from BBuy. Which is that the freezer won't freeze. It'll make ice cubes on the bottom shelf which gets to 32 degrees with all the thermostats set to max cold. But the upper shelf is at 38 and the stuff in the freezer door is at 42F. So all the meats and veggies are mush, the ice cream is soup. On a new appliance. Apparently now we need to schedule "manufacturer's support" and I don't have high hopes, because it's a piece of junk out of the box. Just don't buy this, and if you have even a whiff of trouble from any major appliance, get it returned in the 2-week BBuy return window. Time was, Frigidaire was a decent brand name, I'm sure some firm bought it and is now cranking out cheap stuff meant to only last a short time.

Best I can say is it’s relatively quiet! Fine as a spare frig for drinks, etc. As a daily everyday use the inside is totally inadequate. No shelf in freezer. Wire shelves inside w/o deli drawer. Worst is the sharp pointed door edges that have cut or stabbed my hand numerous times. Thankfully I have option to return!

Worst brand ever, freezer gives our food freezer burns and the fridge doesnt keep our food good even for a week, we have to keep throwing our food away every week

First new refrigerator in 21 years! Bought on line, so was a bit apprehensive. I love it! I love the refrigerator door storage! Totally recommend it!

Our refrigerator was delivered with damaged doors. New doors have been ordered and we are waiting for them to be replaced. We also did not know there would be an extra charge to reverse the side the doors open on and that it would have to be scheduled separately. Other than that it's a pretty nice refrigerator.

So far, so good. Works great. Love the drawers. Found that a little stainless cleaner keeps it looking good. Was not sure about no handles, but it opens easily.

I received my new refrigerator with many dents in it. The delivery people said don't worry we will replace. It's been almost a month now and I've had no contact I did go into the store and spoke with a manager and she said she would have someone contact me. Have not heard from anyone.
