    The price was very reasonable. However, after a few weeks we noticed the freezer collecting ice. I had to remove the items from the freezer and hammer the ice with a wooden mallet.

    And it’s dead. There’s an issue with this fridge where closing the bottom door—even without much force—can cause the top freezer door to open slightly. It’s very subtle and often goes unnoticed, especially if there’s background noise masking the sound of air leaking through. Unfortunately, it seems this happened one too many times, and it caused my refrigerator to burn out. I’ve had a similar refrigerator before and never encountered this issue, so I’m not sure if it’s specific to this model or just mine. Hopefully, it’s still under some type of warranty, though I doubt it at this point.

    Run away from this fridge as fast you can. Here's why. When you close the fridge door, the freezer door pops open. Everytime. I've had TWO technicians sent out via Frigidaire to examine this and the conclusion they both provided: THIS IS THE WAY IT IS AND IT'S RIDICULOUSLY DUMB. So if you love having freezer air always escape your appliance and hence it running more than it needs to AND you love the risk of frozen food melting due to the freezer door being inadvertently left open, this is the fridge for you!

    The fridge itself is good. I ordered (fridge and icemaker on 1/21) an icemaker to go with it, the correct model according to the website, and had the fridge delivered reasonably on 2/1 but no icemaker. They claim its out of stock and schedule a redelivery for 3/2 . Delivery guy brings in an open box with parts wrapped in bubble wrap, and says I dont know about this. It has been a multiple call / disconnect nightmare getting this resolved, and no luck so far. Beware

    We must have gotten a lemon. We got our refrigerator in September of 2022 and it has been repaired 3 times and we are having issues again. Our problems have been the freezer and fridge's compressor, fan and its motor going out. It's good when it's working.
